The experience was good with Mayfair. The staff was very helpful with everything the food, the sight seeing,boat house were amazing specially the morning breakfast with huge number of multi cuisine.and special thanks to miss jaya who helped us with everything that makes our day even more special ๐

I stayed for one night at this hotel and feeling like heaven the amenities were excellent and properly managed. Housekeeping is also very good and the room was very big as compared to photos in MMT. Dinner and breakfast is also delicious and very satisfying

The hotel is located in excellent location. Its part of an upscale mall, magneto, but there are a couple of disappointing things.
The service is poor. The staff is excellent and helping. They are super cool. But seems Hyatt Raipur is running with limited staff.
Room design isn't of holiday inn or JW status. The room service takes time in responding to the phone calls.
Though they were great to provide me breakfast after the closing time. But the service takes longer than usual.
