Hotel was nice and the manager is also very helpful. Its very near to the Nucleus mall and the shopping street upper bazaar is also walking distance. I would tecommmend this hotel if you want to stay in the city centre. Also, all rooms have lake view.

The hotel is new. as such, its interior looks nice and pleasing. pros Location, amenities, food quality, housekeeping, room service, supportive staff, and front desk. cons Distance from Temple is about 2 km. you need a vehicle to go to parking and walk about 600 m to reach the temple. Corridors are not at the same level; as such, one needs to be careful while walking to avoid falling. Restaurant staff found struggling to manage adequate provisioning of items to guests during Buffet breakfast.

One of the best hotels in the area, next to Ramada, this hotel room is large, but the facilities are older than the Ramada, the price can be a little cheaper, because there are not many good local hotels, more weekend parties, and occasionally catch the wedding The service staff are very enthusiastic, the breakfast is still ok, but basically no change, the overall is quite satisfactory!

Location is good. Swimming pool is not at all maintained well . Restaurant staffs are very good but other staffs are not at all well trained.

There are no mosquitoes in the room, the breakfast is quite rich, the service is well trained, the environment in the hall is very elegant, and the scenery can be seen while eating, listening to the piano accompaniment.

Jiva is looks to be luxurious hotel with bigger room / nice ambience, super clean rooms with all complimentary snacks, had many varieties in breakfast, overall it is awesome experience.

Room is cozy and comfortable. Food is also tasty. Mainly i am pleased to experience good behavior and social ethics of hotel staff. Finally its a great experience with hotel capitol hill

The hotel was great, rooms are decent big enough, morning buffet and hospitality were top notch. Especially the folks at the reception were great in helping me with a last minute change.
