The hotel is best located and the employees one of the mst courteous and best to help you out. One of the most best ambience that one can imagine. My wife and mother in law had the best of time and food at the hotel. Thnks to the restaurant and hotel ***ager for such best treatment.

The bed is comfortable and soft, the pillows are high or low. sleep well. The restaurant has fried noodles, tastes good, breakfast, tomatoes, bread, eggs. fruit. milk. Enough to eat. Others are Indian rice.

It was a great experience here ...food was amazing swimming pool was also good but need to clean .....everyone is very friendly here ***agement was superb also I would like to appreciate Divya for the special taken care of my family members..we had a great time here definitely visit next time...

We were here for marriage ceremony. We indeed enjoyed our stay at Sheraton particular the ambience, spacious rooms and very good service having very courteous staff. We would strongly recommend everyone to plan their stay. This is a surprise! After the chaos, congestion and garbage in Mumbai and Rajkot, the city of Indore feels much better and it is not easy to reach the cleanliness of a small county in China. But the city is much larger than our county, similar to our prefecture-level city. The hotel is clean and tidy. The restaurant has a wide variety of food, first-class service and complete facilities. The backyard also has open dining, small bands and swimming pools. Every day is overcrowded, almost the same as the local high-yield home. In particular, there are four restaurants and an Indian-style Chinese restaurant. The decoration and music are very Chinese! ! The rooms are very well designed and furnished, and the supplies are very attentive. The Ibis in Delhi Air City is a mid-range hotel. The restaurant is completely inconsistent with Chinese taste, and the biggest leek is boiled eggs! ! ! ! In addition, this house can be sent to the airport for free after check-out! There are two disadvantages: one is that the fan is slightly louder, and the other is that the partition wall of the toilet is glass. Despite the roller blinds, the privacy is very poor.

The stay was pleasant, clean and tidy. The staff is very friendly. Check in and check out was smooth...thanks to Simran. The infinity pool at the top of roof was cool and enjoyable. Food was awesome with variety and also they arranged the live cricket match on big screen.

No way to compare with domestic

Dear Management of Vannraj Resort, I would like to provide some feedback regarding my recent stay at your resort. I must say that I had high expectations given the reputation of Vannraj, but unfortunately, my experience did not meet those expectations. Firstly, I found the buffet spread during my stay to be significantly lacking in variety, especially considering the price that was charged. The limited options available were disappointing and did not justify the cost of the meals. Secondly, I was disappointed with the service provided by the restaurant staff. There were noticeable delays in serving basic items like bread, and during breakfast, milk was not available for coffee. Additionally, I observed that there was a lack of anticipation regarding the number of guests present and the speed at which the buffet needed to be refilled. This resulted in inconvenience and a less than satisfactory dining experience. One aspect that particularly concerned me was the allowance of pets, specifically dogs, in the dining area. This practice is highly unhygienic as guests would come into contact with these animals, potentially transferring germs from their hands to the buffet dishes. I strongly recommend revisiting this policy to ensure a clean and sanitary dining environment for all guests. Moreover, the room cleaning staff did not meet the expected standards. On a broader note, I believe that Vannraj Resort is overhyped, and the prices charged do not align with the level of service provided. The disparity between the expectations set by the resort's reputation and the actual experience was quite significant. Finally, I would like to mention the lack of staff presence near the pool area to assist guests with towels. It was inconvenient to have to go all the way to the reception desk to request them. I recommend ensuring that there are dedicated staff members available at the pool area to promptly address such guest needs. I hope you take this feedback seriously and make the necessary improvements to ensure that future guests have a more satisfying and enjoyable stay. Thank you for your attention to these matters.

Best stay here with family.we are coming for merrige but I like hotel Service is delay but all over is good need to more improve *** power in service. Service ratings 3 Hotel rating 3 Housekeeping rating 5. Beacuse room is clean well good or ***ner full staff.
