requested for early check in and twin bed room but waited for 45 mins at the reception as room was not ready even at 1 pm and at last they jusr seperated the king bed into two parts and make it twin bed with a gap of hardly 2 inches

Stayed 2 nights and call couple times for different reasons and in the reception they say they will send someone and no body showed up to fix internet or to bring extra towel. The place is very clean and it has good breakfast. The spa advertised it's not working now. The picture is 400mts away from hotel(most see)

Location near Jaipur Train Station but 20-30 minutes ride to Hawa Mahal or the Pink City Area. The bed sheets are a bit dirty. Good service but questionable manner from bellboy that got tip from us, his gesture were like saying the tip is not enoughđđŒ

I had arranged a birthday party and the arrangement were excellent. It was well organised and the staff was very friendly and helpful. They executed the whole event very well and the food was superb in taste and quality. The fresh fruit cake was the cherry on the top. Thanks Royal Orchid for a great party.

The rooms were modern, clean, and well-equipped with all the essentials, including a microwave, mini fridge, tea and coffee maker, and a large smart TV. The complimentary Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which was a great bonus for staying connected.
The breakfast buffet offered a good variety of dishes, and the Express Café & Bar served delicious quick bites and beverages throughout the day. I also appreciated the 24/7 gym on the top floor, which provided a great view of the city while working out.

We had a short stay at novotel jodhpur for a business visit. The check in was crisp and quick. The rooms are spacious, clean and have all the necessary luxuries which one would expect from a chain of this calibre. The hotel is located in a good and peaceful location. I would recommend this hotel and would like to stay here during my next visit to jodpur.

The staff was friendly and positive. I stayed two days in a row, and on the second day at breakfast they remembered I needed bottled water, so they brought me two bottles after I sat down. The room was a little dated.

GGuest UserThe hotel is very large and the environment is very good, especially when it is at night. The hotel does not charge tips, the service is in place, the breakfast staff also specially prepared the local breakfast, although we are not used to eating. The only downside is that because the hotel is in the new city, it takes about 40 minutes to drive to the Palace of the Winds. It is recommended to bring a swimsuit before check in. The pool is very good.

MMINGThe bedding is good but the pillows are all high and there is no other choice. Breakfast was great and a lot better than before. It is a quasi-five-star hotel and a 4-star hotel. There is no swimming pool, but it is not used. It is not far outside the city but there are no supporting facilities in the surrounding area. Must have a car to get to town

èźžèźžWe arrived at Jaipur at 9 o'clock in the evening, so we chose a hotel near the airport. The tall and thin brother at the front desk gave us a free upgrade to the suite. So I had to eat here, and the on-site settlement would have to be tax-efficient than the Ctrip package. The rich breakfast at the hotel is not the key to a vegetarian restaurant to appease my little stomach that desires meat

CCLAUDIAWe stayed 2 nights here, me and my 2 older teenage daughter and son. The room was big enough. Amenities were the usual for this type of property.
Breakfast buffet was very nice.
Christmas buffet was wonderful!
Normal dinner buffet was so so. I would suggest to have more non Indian options (we like Indian food but the spice in it can be too much when youâre travelling in India for a long timeâŠ).
Overall experience was quite nice, would recommend and repeat.

Advantages: near the lake, with independent yard, relatively safe, you can see the lake view
Disadvantages: The service is very good on the surface. It is very nice. It cannot be executed on the ground. There are unwashed blood stains on the bed and Xiaoqiang is crawling. As soon as I entered the first room, I found that the light was broken and it kept flashing, and the switch was also faulty. The visitor didn't fix his breath, communicated 3 times, and changed the room. I was very enthusiastic to help with the luggage, but the body odor in the second room was obvious. I opened the window and it took a long time to ventilate.
Every time I cleaned and replaced, I was short of things. I had to call for it, but it would be delivered soon.
The original mineral water in the hotel is a pink brand called Java. It is recommended not to drink it. When it is boiled, it is full of suspended scales. It is fine if you buy it outside.
Check out on the last day. It is 11 o'clock when the reservation is made. The hotel phone reminder is 10:30, and the delay is up to 11:30. The attitude is rather blunt.
Looking at the hotel for 7000 rupees a night, the difference between hygiene and details is too big, but the hardware is OK

GGuest UserThe hotel is absolutely beautiful - itâs a nineteenth century mansion, elegantly restored in a calm setting with lots of courtyards and flowers. The pool area is also lovely. We visited with our four children and had two adjoining rooms which were very nicely decorated and spacious.
You can walk out of the hotel to a local area which is busy and interesting. We walked to the flower market (20 mins) first thing in the morning and it was amazing to see all the flowers. The hotel offers to accompany the walk for ÂŁ25 per person, which we thought was a bit excessive. We arranged for a guide to show us around the key sights - we did this through the hotel for approximately ÂŁ50 for five hours and it was good. There are lots of extras offered on a board in the hotel - the walk, yoga and other activities, but be aware that these are extra costs, as is the welcome drink and rooftop happy hour.
The staff were decent and the restaurant produces wonderful breakfasts, as well as other meals both Indian and western if you want them.
A very enjoyable experience - we recommend highly.

MMimiRGExceptionally comfortable stay at the Fateh Garh resort . The location is 35 mins from the airport. Smooth checkin and the amenities were explained very well by Mriganka who has the calmest demeanour. The rooms are large and spacious and very aesthetically pleasing. Loved the brand of toiletries provided. The staff was always polite and attentive. Any request we had was handled so graciously by Veena. Nothing was an issues and they accommodated all our requests. We did the day tour with Piyush who made our entire day very pleasant. The spa service by Rose was divine after a long day of travel. We had most of our meals at the property and the indian cuisine was delicious. The breakfast spread had adequate options. The pool was impeccably maintained. We even tried the cocktails at the bar and they were well made too. Our experience was enhanced by the smiling faces of the staff throughout our stay. The property was clean, luxurious and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you team Fatehgarh.
