GGuest UserI was generally satisfied. For long-term stays, the breakfast is not the kind that would be preferred every day and is not fresh (very cliché). For example, I stayed for 33 days and probably did not have breakfast for 7-8 days. Other than that, everything is in line with 4-star standards.

GGuest UserGreat hotel in Tehran, but high prices, Encourage the room service and the housekeeping staff to learn English for better communication with guests, or please hired qualified staff, the night shift staff in the room service less qualified in comparing with the day shift staff, I mean the staff who answer the phone and get the order. 22xKWe were somewhat dissatisfied with our stay. Upon arrival, we asked for an early check-in, and the hotel allowed us to check in early without mentioning that it would cost €40. After we were already in the room, a staff member told us to go back to the reception, where we were informed that we either had to pay €40 for the early check-in or give up the second night of our stay—which had already been paid for in advance.
We reluctantly agreed to this, but we were unhappy with how it was handled. Then, during check-out, they tried to charge us the €40 anyway. After a long discussion and the involvement of multiple staff members, they finally let us leave without paying the early check-in fee, as they had already taken away our second night.
This is not acceptable. Guests should be clearly informed of any extra charges at the time of check-in—not surprised afterward and put under pressure. This kind of treatment is unprofessional and disappointing.

GGuest UserThis is my go-to place for an overnight stay after a late-night flight! The beds are super comfortable, the room is spotlessly clean, and the AC works perfectly. Their breakfast spread, especially, is absolutely fantastic and extensive! And this time, I even spotted the Iranian national football team!

GGuest UserAdvantages: Very cost-effective, compared to other hotels in the same price range, it is really not as good as West Mofu. The room was very tidy and although not very big, it was enough for 2 people. The hotel's breakfast is quite rich, and there are really many varieties of food to choose from!
Disadvantages: It's a little far from the subway station. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the subway station!
