The hotel is in a good location near the airport. Ideal for early flights. It has a comfortable large bed, air conditioning, and a clean bathroom. The hotel offers a free airport shuttle service, which is convenient if you have several suitcases.

The old-fashioned elevator was interesting! The triple room was quite large, but the layout was a bit odd; there was a big walk-in closet that wasn't very useful, so the actual usable space wasn't huge. The free minibar was great, and there was plenty of water! The service was also excellent. It's quite hard to get a taxi in Genoa, but the front desk staff were very patient and friendly, helping to call taxis or give directions for public transport. I would definitely consider staying here again.

I stayed at the Best Western Hotel Nazionale in Sanremo and could not have wished for a better experience. The location is simply perfect: right on Corso Matteotti, just steps away from the famous Teatro Ariston and the sea. The property is elegant and well-maintained in every detail. My room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and offered the comfort you would expect from a true 4-star hotel. Breakfast, served on the top floor with a spectacular view of the sea and city center, was one of the highlights of my stay: fresh products, a wide selection, and impeccable service. A special thank you to the entire staff, who were exceptionally kind and professional—always ready to fulfill every request with a smile. A particular mention to the reception team, quick and extremely helpful with information and recommendations about the city. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to experience Sanremo at its best: unbeatable location, excellent comfort, and a welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel at home. I will definitely be back!

We had a really lovely stay here. The staff, many of whom are from Italy, were incredibly friendly, kind and helpful throughout. We had a small issue during check-in, but they were very patient and did their best to sort it out quickly, which we really appreciated. It’s a great place to stay with children. Everything was handled efficiently whenever we needed help, and there are plenty of facilities to keep everyone happy — including a restaurant and bar, a nice area for breakfast and evening activities, and a play area for kids to burn off some energy. For those who enjoy music, there are instruments like a piano, guitar and ukulele to use. There’s also a gym for anyone who enjoys sports and exercise. The outdoor kitchen area is a lovely touch, and our room was spacious and well-equipped with everything we needed. Overall, a very positive experience and we would happily stay again.

I arrived with my 9 year old daughter and didn't realise it was a hostel. They gave us a free welcome drink and we sat in the bar. We decided to have lasagne for dinner, which was lovely. There was a karaoke night that evening. It was a really cool vibe and I wish I had booked for longer. The location is right near the station. Beds were comfy and we had a nice sleep. 10/10. Very spacious, clean, and minimalist room. Very elegant bathroom, with a sink that I found a bit inconvenient. Unfortunately, there was no hairdryer in the room (probably stolen by someone previously), which I reported to reception. The breakfast was very good and with a wide selection. Parking was a bit inconvenient (little space between the various stalls), partly due to having to stop by reception each time to validate the ticket. The staff were friendly, kind, and helpful.

We stayed at this beautiful hotel for the first time with our two children. We booked two rooms, both offering a stunning view of the sea. The atmosphere is charming and naturally elegant, enhanced by the historic character of the building. The staff was friendly and supportive throughout our stay. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide selection of both international and local options. The beach is just across the street, only a two-minute walk, which was perfect for us. We also appreciated the hotel’s convenient parking, located just outside the building. The swimming pool with its bar was a highlight—an ideal spot to relax and enjoy an aperitif before dinner. Overall, it was a wonderful experience that we would be happy to repeat in the future.

It was handy for an early flight. We could walk to terminal in two minutes. Aircon was good in the June heatwave. But check in was perfunctory. No info given re bar or area. Hotel was quite shabby. Dirty windows, unhoovered carpets , marked walls. Duvets were lumpy. Shower and towels ok, mattress ok. Glad it was just for one night

Hotel is in an excellent location. Booked a room with a balcony, so worth the extra fee. Try to reserve a higher floor, as some traffic from the small roads around but not excessive. Wonderful breakfast, lots of choice. Continually replenished. No kettle in the room, but reception when asked provided one for us. Nice to have a cuppa on the balcony before going out. Loots of local restaurants , il Patio was lovely. Also there is a bar up on side of cliff harbour which has seating outside overlooking the bay, fantastic views at dust with a nice glass of wine. Sea front only 3 min walk from the hotel, you can catch the boat to Portofino which is a lovely way to experience Portofino.

Excellent hotel, we had a fantastic stay! The heated spa and pool are a real treat and offer stunning sea views. The staff were incredibly friendly and the services were top-notch! Breakfast was very good and varied.
