This was a welcome Oasis which we booked for a night due to a sufficiently long layover to justify. This case it was around 15 hours and it would be overnight so it was decided to book this hotel in order to be a bit more comfortable and refreshed for the next day's leg. For those who are sensitive, there does appear to be evidence to suggest scented product use throughout the establishment... But it's not too overpowering such as on the Royal Air Morocco's aircraft.... Staff are very courteous and knowledgeable. The rooms are neat and tidy and well laid out with sufficient room to move about in. It's a surprisingly quiet area given its proximity to the airport. And it has a free shuttle which is currently running every 30 minutes on the hour. Give yourself a little bit of extra time to find where the shuttle is though as it may not be particularly apparent. The breakfast spread is very delicious and the fact that they had the famous Moroccan mint tea and bottomless cups really made my day! My only regret in staying here is that it was a bit of an excursion to go into the city to do some proper sightseeing and take in all the wonders of Casablanca.... Even if I've only seen the movie once ;) ... But this isn't on the hotel.... And hopefully I look forward to visiting again and spending a bit more time to explore this interesting region. A thoroughly endearing part of this hotel were some cats patrolling the premises.
Hotel in quiet area close to tram station. 2 stops from central train station. Room clean on arrival. No lead for tv so couldn’t use. Hairdryer rubbish, if I started drying my hair on Monday it might be dry by Wednesday. Bring your own if these things matter. Cleaners came in but did not make up beds. No fridge or bottled water in room.
The rooms were small, and the surrounding environment was so-so. The rooftop breakfast offered a panoramic view of the city, but the breakfast itself was very simple. That's typical for hotels in Morocco. It was close to the train station, so I finally managed to take a train directly to the airport before leaving.
Hotel location perfect personal frendly room no smart tv very clean new hotel I.like it my second time smae hotel any tray loca6so nice many coffe restaurants airport far hotel organce lux6car from hotel to airport 400 dirhem
A modern contemporary hotel close to the Casablanca Voyageurs Train Station. The hotel has now combined with Campanile to have sole check in. The desk service is slow and inconsistent. I arrived at 3pm but had to wait an hour to get my room. The housekeeping was mediocre and the room wasn’t cleaned nor towels changed. I asked for this to be done at reception but to no avail. I needed an iron and was provided a broken one a day later. In the end I got my shirts pressed by the local dry cleaner. The room was spacious with decent views. The breakfast was limited and the same each day. Not a true 4* hotel. By combining with Campanile to cut costs has had a negative effect on service.
The hotel boasts a great location, just a 30-minute walk from the Maritime Mosque. The hotel environment and facilities are quite good, and the cakes and desserts at breakfast are excellent and very flavorful. However, the variety of fruits is a bit limited and could be expanded.
We discovered this hotel by chance... it's very new, less than 5 months old!
The rooms are very spacious and comfortable.
We were lucky enough to be greeted by Ghofrane, who welcomed us in the best possible way—smiling, kind, and professional... we immediately felt very comfortable!
I therefore recommend this hotel, which deserves to be better known and more frequented!
P.S.: I didn't have breakfast, but I imagine it must be on par with the rest of the service.
One small drawback: I would have preferred to have Nespresso machines to have good coffee available in the room!

GGuest UserGood location, good service, continental breakfast, a little old, that's it, sea view room, you can see flocks of seabirds landing on the trees

MmystarskyThe hotel has been around for a while, and some of the facilities are a bit outdated. However, it's very close to the old town, making it super convenient for shopping both in front of and behind the hotel. The swimming pool is fantastic, and the breakfast is incredibly rich and varied.
AAnonymous UserThis is my go-to hotel. The staff are always so friendly and welcoming, and the location is incredibly convenient with tons of great restaurants nearby. I've been staying here since 2024, it really feels like a second home, haha!
AALDosariy. MohammedThe location of the hotel is very convenient only for one night if you're coming from a traveller near the White House Travel Station.
But I booked it as a big room, and I took a reserved room photographer.
But unfortunately, they gave me a very small room that doesn't fit the room that I booked this, and I didn't like it in this hotel.
GGuest UserDear Four Seasons Hotel Casablanca Team,
I want to express my heartfelt gratitude for the incredible experience we had during our honeymoon at your hotel. The welcoming decorations in our room, adorned with beautiful rose flowers, made our stay truly special.
I would like to give a special mention to Aida, who took exceptional care of us throughout our visit. Every time we needed assistance, she was there, ensuring our comfort and happiness.
Additionally, I want to thank the front desk manager, Samiya Bernoussi, for accommodating our request for a late check-out after we learned about our flight delay. Your attentiveness and kindness are greatly appreciated.
Thank you once again to all the staff for making our honeymoon unforgettable.
Sincerely,
GGuest UserAs far as the hotel is too fancy and expensive but not value of money, no entertainment no nice cafe , entertainment services are too expensive, staff named Maryam is so rude, no smile on her face, sort of bad behavior. The rest hotel is new with fabulous infrastructure
