The hotel's location is super convenient. It's a straight 40-minute walk to the Medina. The train station is just 10 minutes away (we had a fantastic trip to Casablanca from there). All taxi drivers know this hotel.
Yes, the hotel is a bit dated, BUT if you're not planning to just sit in your room, it's a very decent option. Breakfasts are standard, nothing fancy. The pool with sun loungers is absolutely fantastic. We even managed to get a tan! đđ
This hotel offers a pleasant overall experience. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with comfortable beds that ensure a good nightâs rest. The hotel provides excellent facilities, including a gym, swimming pool, and business center, catering to various guestsâ needs. The breakfast selection is diverse and delicious, and the staff is friendly and attentive, responding promptly to guestsâ requests.
That was my garden view I booked, is that even a garden??. Didnât have any slippers in my room & to have a robe it is a 1,000 MAD deposit? ďżźin all my travelling that is on unheard off to me. Should have stated that on there amenities. Iâve stayed at multiple 5 start hotels this was unheard of to me. Also if you want to bring in a McDonaldâs forget ďżźabout it the security will stop you from bringing it into the hotel. Not only me but other guest too was stopped. Should have these rules stated while booking to save us the embarrassment.
ďżźOther than that the stay there was amazing, breakfast amazing but was let down by the issues mentioned.
Hotel was very nice.Room service was not good. They didnt clean the room after telling them couple of times.Room phone was not working.Receptionist need to be more helpful and friendly.
Hotel is about 30mins from the famous markets but there are bus stops very close.
It also has few restaurants very close to the hotel.
Hotel staff were really friendly and professional.
Cleanliness was 5/5.
The hotel's shower hot water is almost cold and cannot be adjusted. Communication with the front desk to check out early for a day is not agreed. The hotel is located in the university, and it takes a long time to walk around to a supermarket. Call a black car wherever you go. Breakfast is ok.
The hotel's location is pretty good, and it mainly focuses on hot springs. I saw a lot of foreigners wearing bathrobes, heading to the sauna on the basement level. Breakfast was just okay, with not many options. What was interesting was that two little birds and a cat flew into the breakfast room, adding some fun to the restaurant. The hotel staff were quite efficient, but communication was a bit troublesome. I have to commend the underground parking garage; it was clean and staffed.

Really nice hotel a 20 walk from the main sights of the city. The hotel room is small and the shower could have been built better to prevent flooding but the staff are nice and breakfast was tasty.
The hotel manager and his team were exceptionally warm and welcoming. The food was of high quality, and both the service and reception were delivered to a very high standard.
Some challenges encountered, which appear to be beyond the hotelâs direct control, included the condition of the road leading to the hotel â rough and dusty â as well as the lengthy 45-minute journey from the airport. Additionally, there were WiFi connectivity issues during the first two days of our stay; however, these were eventually resolved.
Lastly, the intensity of the Marrakech heat was truly remarkable.
Overall, I would rate the hotel a respectable 7 out of 10.

GGuest UserThis is a very worthwhile hotel. It can be said to be the highlight of the entire trip to Morocco. Each room is an independent Riad courtyard. The service is friendly but not overly enthusiastic. Except for the average food, the environment can be said to be impeccable. Marrakech is actually quite dirty and messy as a whole. The inside and outside of the hotel can be said to be two different worlds. If I come to Marrakech next time, I will still consider staying here!
MMĂśtley NĂźFCFirst off, the location was great, a lot of choice for breakfast, nice swimming pool and big/clean room. Most of the staff were actually very helpful, just the last night left a sour taste in my mouth.
I would highly recommend this hotel, but believe some staff should know better what other parts of the hotel were doing and how to speak to guests. Technically, a solo traveller, but my friend was staying in another room. Every day we were given 1 large complementary bottle or water and 2 small bottles.
However, on the final night, my friend received, but I didnât. This was fine and I just politely mentioned it to reception. Bearing in mind thereâs not many local shops to get water from, I was glad when I was told this would be rectified.
1 tiny bottle was left in my room, so I rang reception to explain, this is where things got a bit rude and I was surprised at having to âfightâ for a bottle of water - especially because this isnât a cheap hotel. I was redirected to room service, who tried to charge me and then said itâs a housekeeping issue. Then spoke to reception again and then basically called me a liar when I said that Iâd had free complimentary water every day.
The lack of water didnât really bother me, it was that I was sent around in circles and then rudely told I was wrong, even when I pointed out that Iâd received water 3-days in a row. After about an hour trying, and very very thirsty, housekeeping - who were very friendly btw - dropped off 4 small bottles of water. If it were a housekeeping issue, I couldâve been told this from the start and there wouldnât have been an issue.
All that being said, I actually really enjoyed my stay at the hotel and in Marrakech itself.
GGuest UserThe service is very good. You can go to the spa and soak in the hot springs. The service attitude is very good. Most of the staff can speak English.
TTOMOMII found this when I was looking for an all-inclusive hotel with a bathtub.
It took about 20 minutes by taxi from the city by 80MAD.
The taxi from the hotel to the city is 150MAD.
There is also a hotel shuttle bus to the city, but one way is one person 15MAD, the time is also decided, and the reservation is filled on the day, so we recommend using a taxi.
The staff at the bar counter and restaurant were all very friendly and the work was very friendly.
Amenities are not all slippers, toothbrushes, bathrobes, etc.
Also, since the power supply is European specification, I bought a transformer at 80MAD at a shop in the hotel.
The restaurant venue was buffet style for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and all the wine was white, rose and red.
From the Japanese sense, this facility and service cannot be available at this price, so if you have room for the schedule, I recommend staying once.
GGuest UserThe hotel was in a quiet location, the pool was nice.
Unfortunately our room was very disappointing. In our first room the AC was not working. Maintenance came to fix it, there was a slight improvement but still not great. Then whilst opening the shower door, the door fell off the wall. This looks like it was because the door had not been maintained. This is not what you would expect in any establishment - let alone a 4* hotel. It also had the potential to be very dangerous, luckily I was strong enough to hold the weight of the door before assistance came. The hotel moved us to a new room and gave us a nice selection of food in our new room which was nice gesture although we would have expected more. The AC in the new room worked well so the room change was welcome. Unfortunately, the fridge in the room was leaking internally so we had to throw away food that we were storing in there as it became damp from an internal leak. One of these occurrences we could probably accept but to have three issues with repairing is not what I expect from Accor. The hotel needs serious maintenance!
MMohamedIt was all right, it was a pity that the rooms did not indicate the direction of prayer, and unfortunately no clothes of prayer, and for the rest, everything was perfect.
GGuest UserWonderful hotel with great service from the staff, it felt like they actually care about making your stay great. Room service is around multiple times to replenish items.
The best place in my 2 weeks in the country. Beach is right in front, decent gym and heated indoor pool, short walk to the markets. Outdoor pool isn't heated and was a bit cold to swim in Dec.
I enjoyed the breakfast, some interesting items like banana jam. Thank you all. đ
