GGuest User5 star rating for the hotel staff and their service. Front desk staff was welcoming, hospitable and exceeded our expectations. Breakfast has good options with open dining in front of beach. Room is clean, spacious, contemporary, comfy beds and regularly serviced. Bathroom has nice shape and enough space to move around. The rainshower and bathroom ammenities were superb. Room has balcony and has really nice view of beach front. Infinity pool in 1st floor was beautiful, only downside was it wasn’t thermo regulated so it was cold, nevertheless nice ambiance to chill. Overall our stay was exceptional.

There was also a beautiful sea view from the room.
On the downside, there was a problem with the shower drain. The water drained slowly, leaving puddles on the floor after showering.

GGuest UserWe had an executive room on the first floor with city view, sea view would have been towards the ferris wheel and the hotel isn’t tall so in my opinion not worth it.
The pool was great. Always a sunbed free. The staff serving drinks and food there were absolutely brilliant. Also had drinks in the bar with great service.
The breakfast is very good, the comments about poor service at breakfast are fair. If you go later there’s no fresh juice or even sparkling water and takes some chasing to get staff to get. Don’t let this put you off though. It really is a great breakfast spread and the hotel was absolutely immaculate and the bed was so comfy. I’d definitely stay again.

AAnna BerezinaExcellent hotel! The rooms are very cozy and bright. We were celebrating our anniversary, and they left us a lovely congratulatory note. They were very quick to respond to all our requests, even providing an iron and ironing board. The service was excellent, and the hotel clearly looks new. Breakfasts are good; at first, they might seem small, but you can always find something to eat. I particularly loved the croissants!
As for the downsides, the shower in the bathroom had a poorly designed slope, so there was always a lot of water left on the floor after showering, but they always cleaned it up.

GGuest UserI loved everything! The view is worth a million, waking up and doing yoga with such a view is pure pleasure, I have never regretted my choice. But! Not a single hook in the bathroom, how is that possible? And where to hang towels and clothes? No heated towel rail, not even a small hook. This didn't spoil the impression at all; I put a chair in the bathroom and put my things there, but still. Well, there is construction under the windows, but tolerable. There are even small things (although not so small) like washing powder, dishwasher tablets, paper towels and kitchen utensils, but there is no regular salt. Everything else is 👌👌 Contact the reception via WhatsApp, you can ask for your room to be cleaned or the bed linen to be changed. No cards, electronic lock with a code. Clean, stylish, beautiful, modern, everything you need is there. Thank you very much to the hosts, it was a great pleasure, I will definitely choose you next time.

GGuest UserOh it was fabuloussssss! The staff were so nice in the restaurant and and on reception. They left a lovely note and a birthday cake for me in my room which was very nice and unexpected. The hotel is so close to the beach just a few steps down and they have sun beds and a table reserved free of charge for guests. There are lots and lots and lots of restaurants and small eatery’s on the beach with activities. Very nice hotel would go again.

It was truly an unforgettable experience. From the relaxing spa to the stunning views from the room and poolside, everything was beautifully done. The food and dinner experiences were also top-notch. ייThis place, calling itself a ”hotel,” was a disaster, with a long list of terrible things. The roof-pool you see on the hotel's pictures isn’t actually located at another hotel, and it was not mentioned at all! You need to climb about 200 meters to reach the other hotel where this pool is (although they offer as well driven cart to the other hotel). Once you get there, you can ”win” the second row of the pool's beds because you don't belong to this specific hotel- meaning they are making you a second-class guest.
Moreover, there was no shampoo provided at all at the bathroom, only body soap.
The AC was not working well. The temperature did not go below around 24 degrees even though I had set it to 19 degrees. As a result, I sweated throughout the night and couldn't sleep well. The hotel claim that the sun affected the temperature, but the curtains were closed, and there is no sun at night!
To add to the misery, there was no hot water in the shower one evening at 7pm. I was told to wait and check again at 10pm, only to be informed that the issue was fixed. But, as you might have guessed, it wasn't. When I request to use another room's shower, they told me I couldn't and suggested I wait a little longer.
I asked the reception to consider a compensation, but they completely refused.
When we got back home, I emailed the hotel's chain management to get a real reference about this whole stay, and they did apologized, but could not offer me any refund because I didn't book our stay directly from the hotel. Instead, they did offer me a next stay discount- which I will never use of course.

In my opinion save yourself the trouble and avoid staying there or any other place connected to their name. i wish i didnt had to write this kind of review.

AAnonymous UserMy friend and I stayed for one night, and overall, this hotel provided a very good experience. The rooms are newly renovated with a stylish and minimalist design that really caught my eye, making for a super comfortable stay. The cleanliness was impeccable; everything from the rooms to the common areas was spotless, which was very reassuring.
The hotel is located halfway up a hill, so you do need to drive a bit on a mountain road. However, there are about 4 parking spaces right outside, which is very convenient for self-driving guests – a huge plus. The breakfast selection was also quite varied and could satisfy different tastes.
Both the environment and facilities exceeded my expectations, and the service was very thoughtful. If you're traveling by car, this is a great choice. I'd recommend it to travelers who appreciate peace, quiet, and a comfortable accommodation experience.

The room was also very well equipped with a TV, mini refrigerator and coffee machine, which made me feel very convenient. The bathroom was also very clean and provided all the necessities such as shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. Overall, the facilities in the room were very good, making me feel very comfortable and satisfied.
The service at the hotel was also excellent. The hotel staff were always very friendly and helpful, they were always willing to answer my questions and provide useful advice. Also, the breakfast provided by the hotel was very delicious, varied and had different choices every day. The service at the restaurant is also very good, and the staff is always very thoughtful and welcoming.
