I recently stayed at Hotel Palma in Tivat, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring every detail of my stay was perfect. The rooms were spacious, elegantly decorated, and offered stunning views of the bay, which made waking up each morning a delight. The hotel's amenities were top-notch, especially the dining options. The restaurant served delicious, locally inspired dishes that left a lasting impression. The breakfast buffet was varied and plentiful, providing a perfect start to each day. However, one minor issue was that the hammam was not fully functional during my stay. While this didn't significantly impact my overall experience, it was a bit disappointing as I was looking forward to a relaxing session. Despite this, the rest of the wellness facilities were excellent, and the staff did their best to accommodate my needs. Overall, Hotel Palma in Tivat is a fantastic choice for anyone looking to enjoy luxury, comfort, and excellent service. I highly recommend it and look forward to returning in the future.

The hotel is very clean and surrounded by a commercial street. You don't have to worry about food and department stores, you can buy everything, including luxury goods and perfumes. It is unexpectedly comfortable. The scenery is even better when the sun is shining. The hotel's breakfast is buffet, and you can occasionally encounter cats. Although the cats in Montenegro are basically wild, they are very friendly. What's even better is that someone will come and ask you if you need coffee. The price is much cheaper than one&only. The sea view rooms on the fourth floor have balconies and are connected together, which is very suitable for traveling with friends. In general, I am very satisfied. If I go to Montenegro next time, I will still go here!

Amazing hotel and service! Originally we were booked into Hyatt Regency Kotor Bay as online reviews were fairly similar however after numerous issues, both with room and poor service at original hotel, we decided to move to The Chedi and were so happy we did, as experience was night and day difference. From arrival and throughout our stay we felt welcomed and hotel ambiance was great, service was impeccable and friendly from all staff members, and the view from our room was incredible. Thank you to the entire team for making our trip great, we will definitely be returning soon.

Absolutely amazing experience. The service was impeccable. Rooms were spotless and spacious. Room service was on point. Outdoor pools were not in use as it was winter but the indoor pool was heated. Great selections during breakfast, catering for pretty much every food eater. I personally took advantage of the valet service every chance I got. Took a private boat tour with my family right from the Hotel. Beyond our expectations.

Да, это новый отель. Всё новое, никем не тронутое. Большая удобная кровать с хорошим бельем. В номере есть все что, нужно, он просторный, есть французский балкон. Большая ванная с огромной душевой, где очень комфортно мыться. До Порта Монтенегро минут 5-7 ходьбы. Рядом, я бы даже сказал снизу и магазины и продукты и кафе. Но! Есть одно но! Во время нашего пребывания продолжался ремонт! Звук не давал выспаться и находиться в номере с 8:30(9:00) утра до 16:00. Это было невыносимо. Я просил, умолял персонал сделать хоть что-то, потому что я все-таки на отдыхе, но они не сделали ничего. Вообще ничего. Уже при чек-ауте мне зачем-то предложили ужин в качестве компенсации. А до этого вы чем думали? Зачем мне ужин, когда вылет через 2 часа. Персонал, конечно, приветливый, вежливый, но решать проблемы они не умеют.

Booked a semi-sea view room, but gave the 2nd floor to see no sea view at all. Coordinated through Trip.com to the highest floor. so beautiful. The hotel is in a good location. Pushing the window to see the sea view yacht. Walking distance to the rich gathering area. The only luxury brand gathering area in Montenegro. Breakfast buffet. Very rich and elegant. To sum up, overseas hotels must not be stingy to make demands and protect their rights and interests.

Very enjoyed the apartments. Fresh repair, beautiful location! There is a Russian-speaking staff who is always happy to help! Communication all over the wotsapp. There are their restaurants, shops, pharmacy and hospital on the territory of the complex.

A beautiful small hotel with good location and service. We have made the appreciation of the room for free in honor of my birthday. Also congratulated on the dessert 🫶🏻. There is a small spa in the hotel. It was great to warm in sauna and hamama in the evening, and to swim in the pool. The service is very kind, employees speak English and Russian. There is a free parking 👍🏻.

Such a lovely hotel with amazing views and amazing rooms. The front desk people are very helpful and nice! Location is slightly far out so would definitely recommend hiring a car
