GGuest Userexcellent hotel and fantastic breakfast. unbeatable views. only downside is that the hotel is quite far from restaurants, but the location is still very good right by the fjords. lovely pool. nice welcome drink. rooms are nice and modern.
GGuest UserDisappointing stay due to poor indoor temperature control and unhelpful service. Our room was uncomfortably warm (27°C), and despite several visits from maintenance, the AC issue wasn't resolved. We were told nothing could be done unless we paid for an upgrade, which they couldn't even guarantee would fix the problem. We ended up sleeping with the windows open for relief, but were kept awake by a loud generator outside. Definitely not the quality experience we expected
GGuest UserA very pleasant hotel! I really liked the room's layout and the overall concept of the complex. The location in Tivat is excellent. It's all about the little details here: first, the hotel is new, so the rooms, linens, and towels are in perfect condition. I enjoyed the design – it's comfortable without being boring or overly contrived. There are water purifiers on each floor, reusable water bottles, a recovery kit with a yoga mat, etc. But what really touched my heart among the small details were the shower mixer being at the entrance instead of under the showerhead, and the coffee machine's water reservoir always being refilled after cleaning. The gym is excellent, with plenty of equipment beyond just weights.
What I didn't like: not enough umbrellas by the pool (only 3 or 4), and slow service at breakfast (though it improved significantly by the end of my stay). Those who prefer a classic buffet might not like the breakfast format, but I personally did. My room lacked a balcony, so keep that in mind when booking if it's important to you. Housekeeping was great, but the staff sometimes seemed a bit *too* eager to clean.
AAnonymous UserAmazing hotel and service! Originally we were booked into Hyatt Regency Kotor Bay as online reviews were fairly similar however after numerous issues, both with room and poor service at original hotel, we decided to move to The Chedi and were so happy we did, as experience was night and day difference. From arrival and throughout our stay we felt welcomed and hotel ambiance was great, service was impeccable and friendly from all staff members, and the view from our room was incredible. Thank you to the entire team for making our trip great, we will definitely be returning soon.
JJamesvcrBooking this hotel is that it feels attractive to face the sea on the cover, but it is actually an apartment in an upscale community that has not been completed. Open the balcony window or build a project. Relatively difficult to find this hotel.
The room facilities are still very new and clean, but the location is far from the old city KOTOR in the city. There is only one restaurant in the community to provide dining.
The first time I didn’t know that the hot water had to turn on the hot water by myself. I asked the front desk to know. The result was more than 2 hours before waiting for the warm water to come out. It was midnight.
This hotel is not because of the cover attraction, I will not book there. Booked for two nights and wanted to unsubscribe for one night without consent. If you drive by yourself, you can live without caring about the environment.
TTsoykaA beautiful small hotel with good location and service.
We have made the appreciation of the room for free in honor of my birthday. Also congratulated on the dessert 🫶🏻.
There is a small spa in the hotel. It was great to warm in sauna and hamama in the evening, and to swim in the pool.
The service is very kind, employees speak English and Russian.
There is a free parking 👍🏻.
GGuest UserSuch a lovely hotel with amazing views and amazing rooms. The front desk people are very helpful and nice! Location is slightly far out so would definitely recommend hiring a car
GGuest UserThe room was nice, facing the bay. The toiletries in the room smelled great, and I also wanted to praise the breakfast buffet, which was very rich. We drove there this time, but the road to the hotel was very congested. I wonder when the road construction will be completed ✔️
EE0321****Booked a semi-sea view room, but gave the 2nd floor to see no sea view at all. Coordinated through Trip.com to the highest floor. so beautiful. The hotel is in a good location. Pushing the window to see the sea view yacht. Walking distance to the rich gathering area. The only luxury brand gathering area in Montenegro. Breakfast buffet. Very rich and elegant. To sum up, overseas hotels must not be stingy to make demands and protect their rights and interests.
