BIEN LAS INSTALACIONES, LASTIMA NO SERVIA LA MAQUINA PARA HACER UN CAFE. AUNQUE LAS INSTALACIONES TINEN COCINETA Y REFRIGERADOR, NO CUENTA CON NINGUN UTENCILI NI PARA CALENTAR AGUA.
The staff are very friendly and the open-air bath is very good. For Japanese people, I am grateful that there is an explanation in Japanese, and security is also solid. Instead of being happy to use the washing machine for free, it took 6 hours for washing + drying, so those who plan to use it should be careful. Overall it was a very good stay.
Staying at this hotel for the second time, the hotel is like an old manor, covering a large area, beautiful garden, strong artistic sense, there are various art and oil paintings in the hall and aisle, there is a sense of years, the room is large, the facilities are well-equipped, the facilities are a bit old, the basin is not very smooth, the breakfast is rich, the variety is many, The swimming pool is large, the water temperature is suitable, the air is fresh in the morning, a good experience.
Advantages:
1. The room space is much larger than other Marriott hotels in the same city, more spacious, not depressed, not air-conditioning and not stuffy, and with a sofa bed
2. Restaurant breakfast is not self-service, ordering for the waiter, feels up to grade
Disadvantages:
1. The hotel reception is on the second floor, it is not easy to find;
2. Parking lot has no logo, entrance is not easy to find; parking lot exit and entrance share single lane, inconvenient; parking lot parking space is small and quite narrow; no hotel and building share parking lot. Overall not friendly to drivers
3. There is no convenience store within walking distance of the hotel.
The service was good, standard. The location was great, almost 15 minutes or less from the historic center of the city. While the hotel itself was located inside of a plaza with lots of restaurants and small shops. The best part is that when you stay in this hotel, they give you a small 10% discount on the restaurants found in the same plaza, it was neat to have that. Just one complaint would be the food on their breakfast buffet. Even though the food in flavor was good, the options were limited and the same in every single day, which it sucks if you are staying for more than two days as having greater options like soups or cold salads would be better for travelers.
The taco next to the hotel is delicious, it is closed early. It takes ten minutes to walk to the mall, and it is a bit inconvenient to rain. Be sure to drive
Facilities: Queretaro old hotel, very cost-effective.
Hygienic: The room is large and the facilities are very good. High-rise view is good
Service: The service attitude is very good.
Environment: Everything is very good, the only thing is that the surrounding area is not good, there is nothing, go to the nearest supermarket about 1.5 kilometers, there is basically no business downstairs. Several attractions to Quretaro are about 2 kilometers away. Safety is the main thing, I didn't go.
The location is very good, the entrance of the old town. Stayed for the third time. Very recommended, next time I come to stay, I don’t like the bedding in the room, it’s airtight, it’s better to replace it.
Great

RRobert JinThis hotel is located in a relatively central location. The room is large, but the lighting is poor. This is because we couldn't draw up the curtains during the day since the room was visible from outside. The biggest problem for the room is it has no table space. Image a large room with a few very small tabletops. We ended up putting things on the floor. The large space is totally wasted.
