I really like this old hotel, the perfect location, the Buddha and the warm service, the Mexican service is really very good. The executive floor is set, and those snacks and coffee breakfast are free. The service is really great, people can't help but tip more.

Guest UserMost of the people in the hotel are tourists. The front desk service is very good, the room is clean and tidy, and there is no odor. The facilities of the suite are also relatively complete, which is a good choice for tourists to stay.

Clean, comfortable, and perfectly located. The hotel was spotless, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the location couldn’t be better, close to everything I wanted to see and do. Despite being so central, it was surprisingly quiet, which made it easy to relax. Would definitely stay here again.

Serenity all around, meticulously designed, very quiet and lush greenery. Impeccable service except for maybe the velocity of concierge communication. The privacy and quietness of the Casitas and the quality of their design are matched only by a very limited amount of properties worldwide.

By far the best hotel experience we ever had!
Amazing staff, very nice rooms and amenities, but the best part is that the wild animals living in the hotel area. We loved everything about the hotel and eventhough it is expensive, worth it.

JyonnThis time I came to Merida to attend an international conference. Although this hotel is a little far from the city center, the taxi fare is only about 80MXN each time. The hotel quality is super good, breakfast is served from 6 o'clock, and the cost performance is super high! Highly recommended!

Beautiful, charming hotel, a bit dated. Large rooms, good restaurants, and good room service. Underground parking with no elevator and a bad sewer smell.
