The hotel is located right in the middle of the busy area in the city centre. Everything is close by. It is also located by seaside area with full of tourist spot. The room is very clean. The staff are all friendly and the food is so good. I enjoyed my stay in this hotel and I would recommend everyone to try this hotel of you come to Kota Kinabalu.

Overall nice hotel with very good facilities. I liked the edgeless swimming pool where you can have broader view of coastal area of KK including the ***a Island. The gym is also modern and a pleasant place to go. The restaurants are also attractive and i liked the breakfast the most as there are a lot of food options. 15/F roooftop is a good place for appreciation of sunset. The only problem is their room service efficiency: when you try to order something you might have to wait for a long time. Hope there’s improvement when I come back again in future.

Stay in Deluxe room, spacious, ample solid wood furnishing, bed, sliding wooden door curtain gave a antique warm feel, bathtub was a treat, many newer hotel wouldn't have bathtub for RM150 per night, marble bathroom floor and sinktop, looks wee b it aged but functions well. Personally for environmental friendliness, it is better to maintain quality aged furnishing in hotel rather than continuously dismantling older furnishing to change to new ones which likely to be of less quality, like no longer solid wood or marble. Lobby and breakfast area also have marble floor, lavish chandelier, wood frame walls. Breakfast though limited choice was quite tasty. Just one suggestion: please provide milk for coffee rather than just using creamer pack.

On my first day, I ventured to the sauna, only to find the temperature so lukewarm that I couldn't even work up a sweat. I voiced my discontent, and I'm pleased to report that the issue was addressed promptly by the next day. One aspect that left me somewhat disenchanted was the interaction, or rather lack thereof, between the staff and guests. It didn't quite embody the exemplary service one would expect from a high-end 5-star establishment. However, there was a shining exception to this observation - Addy, who was stationed at the breakfast area. Addy demonstrated a commendable level of attentiveness, engaging guests at their tables and ensuring needs were met promptly. Whether you required additional items or sought information, Addy was the person to turn to. This kind of service truly exemplified the standard one would anticipate from a hotel of this caliber. I did have an enjoyable stay, but for this hotel to remain a five star there is room for improvement.

The location is convenient, it has plenty of good spa and restaurants nearby, however, it was too close to the fish market, you can smell the fish once you left the lobby. The overall hygiene is fine, bedsheet and towel are in very good condition, however, there are quite a lot of strains in the surfaces of toilet, also the shower room. And I found some ants at a corner of the room. The facilities are good, swimming pool and the rooftop bar are decent. All staff I have met are nice and friendly.

The room even has a study table. We use it as a dining table instead. The room has a unique toilet. The shower and toilet bowl is separated having a door each and next to each other. Also, the wall and door of the toilet can slide fully open exposing the sink and the doors of shower and toilet bowl. You can just slide to close everything if you want privacy. The hotel staffs are nice too and attend to your request promptly. I requested for extra pillow and they sent it within a few minutes. The breakfast was also good and delicious. They have a wide variety of dishes from local, western, Indian, Chinese. Though everyday is similar but they change certain dishes such as from fried noodle to fried kuey tiow, fried rice to nasi lemak, etc. The hotel is also close to the waterfront, eating places and walking distance to Suria Sabah shopping centre. Overall, a good hotel to stay in.

You can just walk to todak waterfront and Filipin market. But beware if you park outside of the hotel without the parking coupon, you’d be fined rm30.

Only thing is..book for 2 person but all the amenities provided only for 1 set 😅 it’s just a common sense right? If you already set the rooms for 2 person means all the amenities should be in a couple set..one more thing,it’s your hotel still in soft opening operations?maybe can check the book at the rooms and renew the books..

But I have faith and just book, I bring my husband and children to stay, the service was excellent. They keep on answer my question and guide me well, abit early check in. When enter the room also we were surprised because it's was so nice! The room spacious, towel, everything was there, clean, air-conditioning and everything has no problem. We really love it! Will repeat to stay here again next month for sure! Regret not to stay here for long time, this time will take a longer time 🥰 really recommend

LA hotel used to be one of the best hotels in Tawau, but not now. The facilities and services of other new hotels are much better than LA hotel now. Those new hotels may not have breakfast in their packages but the hotel rate is reasonable. LA hotel's breakfast quality has lots of room to improve.

No A** near by is a huge problem , the supermarket near by has one , but no international withdraw service , I think this hotel is not for travelers . Otherwise all good .

Booked a double room with king bed.. size of room is decent, but the toilet is rather small.. however, the stay is satisfactory, daily housekeeping and replenish of towels and amenities. Hot shower and air conditioning, tv with few channels, hair dryer, iron and kettle all in working condition.. recommended.

Overall ok la.Have swimming pool for kids to play and enjoy the time during staying while me do my work out there.food just ok.will stay again since hotel with swmgpool here veeeeeery limited lorr cause most people come here semporna go for island hoping kan 😂

The place was really nice, convenient and clean. No amenities as it feels more like a backpackers inn. More than worth for the price for divers who need 24 hours before flying. With tons of food and other necessities nearby. If you are staying here and love seafood please try Kam Ling Seafood.

Semporna Seaview Hotel started operation in 2022, consider quick a new hotel, overall the room condition looked a bit old and the cleanliness is acceptable, location was very near to seafoods restaurant, some tour pick up points. It is next to boat parking area, who's are sensitive to noise, please do not choose to stay at this hotel, because you will wake up by boat motor in the early morning.

One of the best Hotel Deal in Semporna town you can get. Location is very convenient for family travelers. Hotel is connected to a small so called town mall, where various fast food chains are just downstairs i.e. Starbucks (the only one in Semporna), KFC, Secret Recipe, 7 Eleven, Convenient Store. With the right room, you can get a great view of the busy sea. DIY Laundry is a bit far though, would have to drive to do your own laundry.

Overall, this is a cheap hotel with middle price range. Rooms rate are between MYR60 to MYR150 per night. No elevator here. You will have to go up by using stairs. For youngsters that is ok but for seniors and old people it will be a little bit hard and and uncomfortable for them especially for senior age people with knee pain and back pain. Reception desk is at ground floor next to the main entrance. Location of this hotel is strategic because it is only 2-4 minutes walk to nearby night market. The Lahad Datu Post Office is next to the hotel building then the market is next to the Lahad Datu Post Office. If you drive a car you can park your car overnight at Post Office parking area which is free. This hotel is located in busy road.
