The hotel staff was extremely helpful. The people were extremely nice and staff was super helpful. I forgot the charger and travelling solo it is quite a bad situation to be in. But the hotel staff was super supportive.

В номері можна зробити чай або каву, але на жаль тільки два паперові стакани. На рецепції привітний персонал с посмішкою, приємно спілкуватися, дякую в готелі я відпочила з задоволенням.

Stayed in a comfortable twin room, close to the end of September, the temperature is relatively low, the radiator in the room has to be manually opened, but it has always been warm and abrupt, and it is still cool in the middle of the night, the room is cold, the bed is cold, the facilities are old, there is a feeling of a guest house. I stayed here for 5 nights. The hotel is in a good location. It’s close to the train station. The closest park is 6 min walk from the hotel. The amenities can be requested from the front desk. The room is small but sufficient for a one person traveler. The bed is a single bed and quite small. The bathroom is also small. The shower section is partitioned by a glass but it covers only 50%, so the water will splash outside the shower section when you take a shower. The floor is usually wet after a shower. At the lobby, there is a meeting section, you can have a business meeting there. Coffee is also free at the lobby. Recommended for business trip. Not many restaurants nearby, but there are many restaurants in the 10-15 minute walking range.

Because of the flight change, it is a pity that I did not go to the scene to live. But the hotel couldn't refund the room. Later, after coordination, Trip.com refunded the money.
