What a wonderful hotel! I stayed here with my 8-year-old daughter for a concert and we truly enjoyed ourselves. We arrived early just to drop off our luggage, but to our surprise, we were able to check in at 1 PM instead of the usual 3 PM. That was really well-managed and immediately gave us a relaxed start to our stay. The room was neat and comfortable, and the breakfast the next morning was extensive and very tasty. Lots of choices and everything fresh. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Definitely recommended if you're planning a weekend in Arnhem!

The hotel is located right next to the train station which is very convenient. It’s very easy to find and is also close (short walking distance) to the city center of Nijmegen. The check-in was very efficient and smooth. The room was neat and I liked the desk feature, perfect for work or study if needed. Very nice atmosphere and friendly staff.

We stayed here for a concert in the Gelredome. We found the location great for our purposes - only 20 mins walk from the station and under 40 mins walk from the stadium (although we are admittedly fast walkers!). The room was a really good size, comfortable beds and very clean. The staff were wonderful, some of the most cheerful and friendly we've met, and spoke very fluent English. We would definitely stay here if we came to Arnhem again :)

Love it. I was assigned to a nearby job visit. This hotel was initially not easy due to the construction going on that blocked the direction that google map suggested, but it was manageable. There is Lidl near by and a shop for dinner or lunch nearby too. There is a bus that is easily access which will bring u to the city center, so making it easy to get back to the hotel too.

Front desk staff was courteous and professional. The corner room on the ninth floor had a great view. Open bathroom is a little strange and toilet is extremely small. Compared to other van der Valk properties this one ranks much lower than others. Very slow internet, little choice of TV stations, no streaming services etc.

The hotel staff was extremely helpful. The people were extremely nice and staff was super helpful. I forgot the charger and travelling solo it is quite a bad situation to be in. But the hotel staff was super supportive.

Beautiful hotel, fantastic location. Clean rooms and friendly staff. I'd also like to give a tip about making the beds. It's bad. The bottom sheet keeps sliding off, leaving you lying on the bare mattress. There's also no mattress protector around it, very unhygienic. A bottom sheet with elastic would save a lot of frustration.

It was a hotel with various facilities but it was quite a nice hotel. The public road was great to reach and at no more than 500 meters there was a bus stop that you brought very easily to Zutphen city. As for service, it was only right at the moments when they wanted to clean the rooms around 11:00, they always hit the door hard without permission because we were still sleeping and they would probably have come in if I hadn't put the lock on it. And enjoy the city.

The room is exquisite, the hot water temperature is high, the water outlet is fast; the number of power outlets is relatively large; breakfast is awesome! The category is also relatively rich, although it is not far from the meal time of the tour group, but the food can be replenished in time.
