A perfect 3 night stay for me and colleagues during our official visit last month. It was a trip for which expenses was to be borne by our clients so I don't know much about pricing here but the facilities, service and food were more than satisfactory. I stayed Room 310. Room was average sized, bed and linens clean and nice, phone , TV , hot water kettle, and some complimentary tea and coffee was there in the room. AC and WiFi worked without a problem. The attached bathroom with dental kit was fine but no shaving set was there. Housekeeping was satisfactory. Food in the restaurants served vegetarian options only ,which was perfect for me. Complimentary breakfast was good. There was a bar also on a different floor, lower than the restaurant. Gym is there. Parking available. The staffs are friendly.

I went with some friends and we had a lot of fun. We loved the poolside and often had meals there. The staff were also great and well behaved. We remember ordering a lot of food. One staff in particular was very polite and was always smiling. I believe his name was Samir Nepal or something. Loved the service and ambience. The only problem was slow internet and some food items were a bit overpriced. Overall good experience, will visit again. If I had to rate, Food: 4.5/5 Service: 5/5 Ambience:5/5 Pricing:4/5

Staffs were really friendly and gave me early check-in service.Ashish from front office was really helpful during .Our conference PATA DMC 2023 was held in this property and everything went well with grand success. Really good food and coffee shop near the pool was excellent. I would love to visit this property in future as well.I recommend travellers who come to visit provience 1 of nepal to stay and enjoy hospitality .
