Our stay at the he Ramada was one of the best hotel experiences we have enjoyed. The room amenities are outstanding the kitchenette is fully stocked, dishwasher microwave, washing machine, dryer, excellent shower and vanity. The bed and beddings is very comfortable. Our greeting at reception as well as a seamless check-in and checkout were very much appreciated! Kudos to front of office and housekeepers! Ramada Wellington has set the bar very high .

The breakfast is good. The bread, fruit and juice are all great. The room is more business-like. There is a slope at the entrance, but the view is good. The bakery around in the early morning is very high-end for office workers.

An excellent choice in Wellington. Plenty of restaurants down the street a block from hotel. Fruit and small grocery across the street from front door. 500 meters from Cuba street and lots of eclectic shops. Excellent value , room was large and nice. Love the staff there. IQ of staff was higher than mine.

Stayed two nights in Wellington and overall, it was quite good. 👍 The front desk is on the 7th floor, and most rooms are on higher floors, offering nice views. The room was reasonably spacious and had heating, which was really helpful in early winter. Breakfast is on the 6th floor and had a decent variety. The only downside is that you have to go up a flight of stairs from the street to get to the hotel, which isn't very convenient for guests with large luggage. Sometimes the escalator next to the street isn't even working, so you have no choice but to carry everything up.

Absolutely loved staying here. Great welcome by staff, excellent room with a congratulations gift for our 20 year anniversary. The decor is cutting edge the whole pkacebus high quality. Absolutely recommend the onside restaurants too.

Easy to locate and is inside the airport. Handy for those late night arrivals and early morning departures. Have booked to stay again on my return home to Australia

The hotel is in the city center. If you have a car after booking with Ctrip, you will need to pay an additional 35 dollars for parking (from the same day to 2 pm the next day, it is not expensive. Parking in the city center is very expensive, about 6 dollars an hour, so the 35 dollars is still worth it. ), there are dedicated hotel parking spaces on the first floor of the parking lot opposite , the room is not big, the water is big and very comfortable. It is located in the city center next to the bar. It is noisy at night, but it is acceptable to sleep late. However, the sound insulation of the room is too poor. There is a child in the next room who wants to sleep well early in the morning.

Overall is great, but still feel the whole hotel a little old, and one point: we asked the receptionist for shaver and toothbrush, he said all in the room, but actually there’s nothing. We need to phone service team for several times ( we only asked one thing first cause we believed there are everything except that one, then we found others were not there……), really inconvenient. The food is great, and the guy there is very friendly!

The room was just what we wanted, plus perfect to all the sites we wanted to visit within walking distance, highly recommended but a little maintenance is needed in the room we had, the toilet continued to run after flushing until one of us hit the flush button again, (half flush) the shower leaked at one of the connections ( must have been known as it showed calcium buildup) otherwise it was brilliant…

We had 1 night stay. Good facilities, like pool, Spa, Restaurant, however a few things need to improve to reach 4 star, like stated. Our room was clean and tidy but some lights up in the ceiling were out, basin in the bathroom was very cracked. We had dinner at the restaurant. I ordered pizza, where the dough was slightly undercooked, no crisp, sloppy. Filter coffee at breakfast, that was included had a colour of weak tea. But you were offered to pay extra for a coffee on top of $30, you already paid for a buffet breakfast. Previously stayed here before, but I think it needs a lot of improvements as it's gone down quite a bit.
