I would like to share my wonderful experience during my stay at Zuri Hotel on December 8, 2025.
The location was excellent (5/5), making it very convenient and enjoyable. The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding (5/5), and the overall service exceeded my expectations (5/5). The amenities were also top-notch (5/5), providing everything needed for a comfortable stay.
Most especially, all the staff were very friendly, accommodating, and professional, which truly made the experience even more memorable. The food was absolutely delicious and added great value to our stay.
Thank you for the excellent service and warm hospitality. I truly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend Zuri Hotel to others. I look forward to staying with you again in the future.

We had an excellent stay at Seda Atria Hotel! The General Manager was very helpful, and the entire management and staff were accommodating and always willing to assist with our needs. The service was excellent as always, and the food was great — they truly make your stay feel like home.
The area around the hotel is safe and walkable, with easy access to restaurants, coffee shops, and pasalubong centers like Biscocho House. Just a few steps away, you can also enjoy local favorites such as Madge Coffee, Netong’s Batchoy, and Kap Ising’s Pancit Molo — perfect for an authentic Iloilo experience!

We arrived at the hotel at 12nn expecting to have to wait 2-3 more hours before we can check-in. But as we processed our arrival with the receptionist, we were already given our key cards to check-in. This added great convenience to our stay (do not expect that this would always be the case but it is good to note they allow early check-in if available). The room we booked was very comfortable, I have nothing to complain about. We requested to be put on a corner room which was obliged. All the staff was exceptionally accommodating and approachable. The hotel was conveniently located at a walking distance to Festive Walk Mall and all must-visit spots of Megaworld.
Overall, we had a great stay! I will definitely be booking again should I be back to visit Iloilo.
Our experience at Citadines for the first time we checked in it was amazing the room was really comfortable and super clean, the food wow! My daughter tried the Filipino breakfast with danggit, and the service at the front desk was explained well and she was very generous to my husband, who liked it all staff members of the Citadines because they are approachable and helpful to their guests. For me, the rate of Citadines Bacolod is 5 stars. Well

I want to start by commending the housekeeping and room quality. My room was well-appointed, clean, and comfortable, which I truly appreciated.
Unfortunately, the service standards did not match the quality of the accommodation. Since this was my first time staying with in this hotel, I wanted to share specific instances that affected my experience:
• Dining Protocols: During lunch, staff began breaking down the buffet without informing dining guests. As I was still eating, this felt dismissive. A simple ”last call” announcement would have been appreciated. Similarly, during breakfast, my table was fully cleared while I was away getting dessert, creating confusion. Better training on recognizing when a guest has actually finished dining is needed.
• Menu Expectations: I was disappointed to find the lunch menu significantly more limited than what is currently advertised in vlogs and online marketing. Managing these expectations is crucial for guest satisfaction.
• Front Desk Efficiency: The check-out process was surprisingly slow. For travelers on a tight schedule, an inefficient check-out can create significant stress regarding flight times. I suggest reviewing your staffing or systems during peak departure hours.

Everything is perfect. Our room got upgraded to Pool view. Breakfast is great compare to other hotel with the same price of stay. Mabilis din shuttle service to diff locs sa hotel. Pinakamatagal na yata 2 mins. 3rd visit na sa Boracay, maganda yung private beach kasi hindi crowded at hindi din sobrang init kahit tanghaling tapat compare sa main beach, same afternoon kasi lumipat na kami sa main beach. Ganda din amenities. Nagyym din kami haha
Seda Capitol Central Bacolod is an excellent choice for anyone visiting the City of Smiles. Its location is perfect—right across from Capitol Park and Lagoon and just a short walk to Ayala Malls Capitol Central. Being in such a central area makes it incredibly convenient to explore local landmarks and find great dining options nearby.
The hotel itself is modern, clean, and features very hospitable staff who truly live up to the ”Seda” standard. We particularly enjoyed the rooftop bar, Straight Up, which offers fantastic city views, as well as the delicious breakfast buffet at Misto. It’s a reliable, high-quality hotel that we highly recommend for both business and leisure travelers.
The staff were very friendly and the service was excellent the food in the restaurant is beautiful and for the price i couldn't believe the quality of the room. we were there attending a wedding and stayed overnight i would recommend this hotel to anybody staying in bacolod

I had a great stay at The Tides Hotel Boracay. The location is one of its best features — right in the heart of D’Mall and just a short walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. It’s very convenient for exploring and enjoying the island.
The staff were friendly, courteous, and always willing to assist. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the essentials for a relaxing stay. The rooftop pool and bar were definite highlights — a perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the view.
Breakfast was good, though it could have a bit more variety. Overall, it’s a modern, well-located hotel that offers good value for money. I’d definitely consider staying here again on my next Boracay trip!

RRei JosephWe stayed here for 4D3N, the location is located almost the end of Station 3, not crowded but it has the best sunset view. Swimming pools are clean, buffet breakfast is good. Kudos to Sir Jesse of Sky Lounge, I celebrated my birthday and he spontaneously gave us complimentary drink and flashed my name in the LED screen. The only downside we experienced was the broken elevator. The bath gel smells so nice! We will definitely go back! Superb stay!
You need to walk by foot from the highway, around 10mins walk but locals knew the hotel by “BOC” and is famous for foam party.
One of the highlights of our stay is the fire dancers who performed. They are so AMAZING and ENGAGING!! We are at awe! Thank you for the service!
GGuest UserOur stay at the Savoy Hotel was amazing. We had a lot of fun by the pool, at the gym, or playing ping pong. We also got a massage at the Lila spa that we really enjoyed. Our room was comfortable, clean, there was a balcony. Our towels were changed every day, garbage was picked up, sheets were changed every other day.
The staff were great, polite, attentive, helpful. They deserve a lot of praise, especially the shuttle bus driver, Chris, who really made our trip even better providing a lot of information about the island and the Philippine tradition.
The food was tasty. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of food. The Newcoast beach is a walking distance from the hotel, and the famous Keyhole is nearby that beach. The dmall and white beach area are just 20 mins away by free shuttle bus.

It’s about 10–15 minutes from the center, but the hotel offers a shuttle service, and there’s also a HOHO bus that runs every 15–20 minutes, making transportation convenient. They also have their own beachfront at Newcoast, which is perfect if you want to escape the busy crowds of Boracay. Breakfast is modest but tasty. Would definitely come back.
GGuest UserThe in-room amenities are pretty standard, similar to what you'd find in a 1000+ RMB per night hotel back home – nothing special, nothing bad, just average. The 2300 RMB per night price mainly covers the hotel's private beach, services (kids' club, with daily craft classes and occasional pool parties), and the public facilities (three pools, including a kids' pool).
We stayed for 10 nights, and when we checked out, they provided complimentary transfer to the airport (car + speedboat + car). We only had to pay the government's environmental protection fee and island entry fee ourselves. This service was absolutely excellent! When you check out, you might want to ask if they can offer this service.
If it's your first time staying and you want an airport pick-up, I recommend contacting the hotel directly, as the airport transfer fee through Ctrip for this hotel is very expensive.
The hotel is next door to the Movenpick Resort, and then next to that is the Shangri-La Hotel. You might want to compare prices.
CChewy MeiWe’ve been staying at Coast every time we visit Boracay since discovering the hotel in 2022, and this was already our fourth stay. This time, we stayed for six nights.
The room experience remains consistent and comfortable. The bed is cozy, the air-conditioning is cold, and daily free treats are a nice touch. We especially enjoy the complimentary soft-serve ice cream and popcorn offered every day at 3:00 PM.
Service continues to be one of Coast’s strongest points. From the moment we land in Caticlan until we arrive at the hotel, everything is taken care of seamlessly. Airport pickup, boat transfers, and land transportation are all well-coordinated. Every request—whether for extra pillows or bottled water—is handled promptly, and the staff consistently greets us whenever we pass by.
We spent Christmas at the hotel this year and were pleasantly surprised to find a Christmas stocking with treats hanging on our door on Christmas Day—a thoughtful and heartwarming gesture.
That said, we did encounter a few issues during our stay. We experienced problems with the water heater twice; while these were eventually resolved, the water pressure remained extremely slow. The shower area also has drainage issues, with water splashing outside and draining slowly. Additionally, soundproofing is quite thin—you can hear footsteps in the hallway and even the television from neighboring rooms.
Breakfast is acceptable, though we found the food to be a bit bland. Service during breakfast could be improved, as we often had to repeat requests because they were forgotten.
Special mention goes to Coast’s beach boys, Joni and Ben, who have consistently provided 5-star service since our first visit in 2022. Their attentiveness and warmth continue to elevate our beachside experience every time we stay.

LLira FortzThe hotel it self is gorgeous with the amount I’ve paid, it exceeds my expectations. Staff are very nice & helpful. From reception, concierge, kitchen staff and cleaners they are all lovely. They prepare cakes in my room upon check in. Twas an amazing act of hospitality. Rooms was huge, so comfortable. Complete toiletries. Breakfast was amazing, different everyday. Thanx to Akky who offered me Toyo 🫶 was able to eat Toyo with champorado. The afternoon tea was free and it was so delicious. Pool was huge but the best part was early morning dip at the beach. 🤩 also, I lost my phone and the reception help me always to connect with the police. And was able to retrieve my phone from the help of the staff as well. No complain but a highly appreciation to the staff & i highly recommended this hotel. 🫶

Everyone is proactively attentive with genuine smiles from their faces which made our stay more meaningful.
The hotel is beautiful we booked the suite room and stayed at rm316. Although I want to experience the Suite w plunge pool unfortunately unavailable when I did the booking. Great massages, can also order food by the pool, love the Carbonara and soft to chew calamari. They also have a beautiful gym with the view of the Lagoon Pool.
Walking to the beach is around 5-8min. Most of the time we will ride their tricycle to D mall. Php 100 for private or Php20 if joiners.
If you’re a traveler who likes to walk a lot. This Henann Lagoon is a perfect choice for you.
Overall I love my unforgettable experience. I will surely comeback again.
