The hotel has a great location inside a shopping center, which makes it very convenient. The staff at the reception were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was standard but satisfying. It’s also very close to the subway station, which made getting around the city easy. Overall, a pleasant stay!
Flawless service for an early morning flight. Breakfast was available from 3:30 AM. The bathroom was spacious enough to open luggage comfortably. The huge window offered stunning views of the snowy landscape and sunrise. I really appreciate the service-oriented mindset of the Nordic people.
The hotel's own breakfast is very rich, including meat, fruit, yogurt and so on. It is very cost-effective in expensive Nordic countries.
But there is no hair dryer in the hotel room, you need to borrow it from the front desk downstairs. The staff are very polite and will often say good morning! Overall, this hotel is still recommended.
I chose this hotel because it offered airport transfers... but then I realized there was actually a hotel *inside* Arlanda Airport! If I had known, I definitely wouldn't have picked this one. The route turned out to be a much longer detour than I expected, too! The driver didn't help with my suitcases and was quite inconsiderate. When I tried to board the shuttle at the airport, I was asked if I was a guest. As I fumbled to show my booking confirmation, the driver quickly walked off and seemed ready to depart, which made me panic! This is hardly what I'd call attentive service... I suppose some people might not mind, but I certainly did.

Номера не слишком большие, но очень продуманные: удобная кровать, хорошее освещение, рабочая поверхность, телевизор с большим экраном. Всё выглядит свежо и ухоженно, уборка поддерживается на высоком уровне.
Особенно понравилось, что в ванной отличный душ с хорошим напором воды и современным дизайном — это мелочь, но очень влияет на комфорт.
Расположение отеля тоже удачное: буквально пару минут пешком до станции Älvsjö, откуда можно за 10–15 минут доехать до центра Стокгольма. Рядом есть магазины и кафе, так что проблем с едой и покупками нет. Сам район спокойный, тихий и безопасный.
Общее пространство отеля очень приятное: есть лобби с баром, где можно выпить кофе или что-то покрепче вечером. Атмосфера непринужденная, молодежная, много путешественников.
Персонал вежливый и дружелюбный, всегда готовы подсказать дорогу или помочь с вопросами. Заселение и выезд проходят быстро и без лишних формальностей.
The perfect airport hotel, there’s a shuttle bus from the hotel to the airport but is also in walking distance. Staff were great, room was comfortable, would highly recommend.
Location: A 10-minute walk from Solna station on the regional train, the Strawberry Sports Centre, and Westfield Mall of Scandinavia, the largest shopping mall in Scandinavia. It's only two stops to Stockholm Central Station by train (numbers 40, 41, and 42), or you can take trains 41 or 42 to Märsta and then transfer to a bus to Arlanda Airport – very convenient.
Facilities: Breakfast is a buffet with a wide selection. The room soundproofing is average; you can hear people talking and doors closing, but it's very quiet at night, and the guests are very courteous.
The hotel also has a gym on the second floor with exercise bikes, rowing machines, and a power lift.
I would definitely consider staying here again next time I'm in Stockholm!

This clearly demonstrates a serious management oversight. Fortunately, we weren't changing clothes at the time. For the rest of our stay, we kept the 'Do Not Disturb' sign on our door.
The hotel is generally good but it is far away from the city center. You have to buy daily ticket or 3-days ticket to reach the other places. You can not go to city center by walking. Also, there is not any supermarket or coffee shop to buy something in the near of hotel. On the other hand, the breakfast is enough good. Also, workers are nice and helpful people.
Great hotel, nice breakfast, good location, next to the shopping mall, restaurants, and train atation. Only dew minutes away from city center. The staff at the hotel are super friendly, helpful and polite. Room hotel was comfortable, makes you wanna stay all day long at the hotel :)
