Title: A Wonderful Stay at Scandic Sundsvall City I recently had the pleasure of staying at Scandic Sundsvall City during my visit to Sundsvall, Sweden, and it was truly a delightful experience from start to finish. The hotel's convenient location in the heart of Sundsvall made it the perfect base for exploring the city. Booked just 2 days on advance, for a job meeting chose a single en-suite. Centrally located, walking distance to everything. Friendly and helpful staff is present at all times, comfortable and clean room, nice interior. Wide variety at breakfast, and cozy common room to wait for your taxi. If I come back, I'll book here again.

Easy to find, easy to get the key - even though I came after the receptionist quit for the day. Parking nearby. Located exactly where I needed it to be, walking distance to the centre of the town. Clean and a nice breakfast. Not the fanciest room, but still clean and comfy!

The room we stayed at was good albeit a bit small, it had everything needed though. View from the room was poor, but the views from the spa and the restaurant were great. The spa itself was nice but not too innovative and several parts of it were broken. The lounge at the spa smelled rather badly and the outside pool was too cold. Dinner at the onsite restaurant was quite enjoyable although it felt a bit ”mass produced”. All in all a pleasant stay but there's room for improvement.

My stay here was very short. Just one night. First, my car is very tall. Luckily they do have a parking area in their garage dedicated to taller cars. But I need to mention that using this area is more expensive than the regular parking. The front desk look nice and tidy, and checking in went smoothly. Still having tables and chairs right in front of the desk made it seem like a mess. But don't let this ruin your stay here. The room looks great. Except the temperature is hot. Really hot. You can open up a window, but it should be a way to turn down the heat. Next is the towel rack in the bathroom. It's right next to the toilet, wich I find very un hygienic. Still these are just minor complains. The room looks great. It's clean and the beds gave us a good night sleep. The floor doesn't have a carpet. Instead it has parquet. This give a so much cleaner impression than the carpet most hotels have. Bathroom is also nice and clean. The breakfast is great with a lots of food to choose from. All in all I do recommend staying in this hotel.

I was really very satisfied with my stay at the hotel. I used both the steam bath and the gym. Enjoyed the buffet breakfast and the sleep in the convenient bed.

Everything is perfect, very new hotel, very new building. The room was a bit small, very clean and the window view was beautiful. Walking out of the hotel is by the river, it is very convenient to go shopping and eat across the bridge. The restaurant to the restaurant is very beautiful and the breakfast is delicious. Parking to find the parking lot by yourself, you have to pull the luggage for a while is more inconvenient. The Bar on the top floor is beautiful and the view is very good. The pool has a sauna. Unfortunately, it was not open when I went.

At the end of breakfast at 9:30, the waiter did not remind, and took the meal directly, this is much better in domestic hotels. There was a problem with the floor drain of the room, and the water overflowed Jinshan during the bath. The snow on the balcony was not cleared and I couldn't get out. The room I gave to me for the first time was a loft with a weird structure, and I changed to a normal room after reacting to the front desk. The rest are very good, the environment is good, there is the feeling of an old castle, the wireless speed is good. Because in the old city, parking is a bit inconvenient.

As the title already says: An older Swedish 3-Sterne-Hotel. Good location in the city. It is clean. The hotel has already seen better days. The beds are older and the baths are very small. The toilet doesn't offer room to sit. In our shower the side donor fell from the wall. The photos on the Internet hardly correspond to what you can expect. Breakfast is available in the allocated time window in the lobby. Selection is ok, but very bend. I wouldn't stay there again.
