The Hotel is what you would expect from Oakwood Suites five-star plus quality at affordable prices. Quick and easy pre-booking. Nice friendly greeting upon arrival. The hotel is well situated for public transport and getting around the city, with good parking and attentive security, and friendly staff members. The rooms are well-organized and comfortable with all the mod cons. I especially like the Nespresso coffee unit. Good Food & Beverage offerings especially the breakfast in their welcoming restaurant and bar a great way to start the day. It even has a handy co-working space for when you are on the go. Nice swimming pool, gym, and kids’ room. Not forgetting the rooftop bar with outstanding views of the city. I highly recommend the Oakwood Suites Tiwanon as your second home away from home. I stayed in the Junior Suite Double at this hotel. The room is quite outdated and there was leaking from the air-conditioning, it flooded the floor. We were moved to the new room in the new building. The new room is stylish and modern. I really enjoy the view from the big window. The hotel is located next to sky train and a big shopping mall. For breakfast, there should be more variety of food. However they have a good dessert. The staff is helpful and friendly. The manager assisted us with changing to the new room at night. My overall experience is 8/10. I would say this is one of the best hotel in Nonthaburi.

The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful! The hotel room is spacious and clean. However, this is not a pleasant stay, because I changed 4 rooms on my arrival. For the first room they gave me, the toilet light was not working, so they switched me to another room, but the second room was very smelly, full of the toilet smell! They gave me another room which the toilet light kept flashing 🫣 finally they gave me another room which looked good…however, when I took a shower in the evening, there’s ONLY HOT Water from the shower tap!!! The hotel should pay more attention for the work of room maintenance!! The next day morning, when I was having breakfast buffet in their restaurant, a staff was cleaning up the table next to me, she didn’t change the table mat that the customer just used for her meal, not even wiping it off, and the staff just replaced the napkin and cutlery only, this is very unhygienic, the hotel should train up their staff to pay attention to this issue.

We opted for Novotel during our visit for the Sam Smith concert, and it turned out to be a wise choice. The hotel's location is fantastic, surrounded by numerous eateries, making it very convenient. Additionally, having an EV charging station right next to the hotel was a significant plus for us as we had rented an electric car. The nearby outlet mall was a pleasant place to explore during the day. However, one drawback was the Grab Car service in the area, which left much to be desired.

Clean rooms, polite staff in all departments, good service, smiling, convenient location. Near the source of food, there is 7-11 near the hotel, the bed is very comfortable. TV can watch youtube.

The staff are most accomodating and very sweet. They are very flexible & understanding — to a most reasonable extent— and will provide with all the resources they possibly can offer, complete with detailed information that can be of any help to customers. The location is perfect if you like to be in a peaceful place, surrounded by tropical nature, away from the hustle-bustle of the city. The wi-fi is excellent for doing work and meetings online, even simply relaxing in your personal leisure time. The cleanliness is decent. Nature's citizens are expected to visit the lobby and be close to your door occasionally, but if you keep your room neat there shouldn't be any unwelcome creatures. We're very satisfied!

I would like to review the management and quality of the Mida Ngamwongwan hotel staff. There are many parts to mention. 1. The receptionist, although few but the service is very good. And friendly 2. The rooms are clean and the standard is very good. 3. Restaurant Especially the breakfast tastes good, there are many items to choose from. Eat according to the standard of a 4-star hotel 4. The meeting room is good, with standard equipment and the service staff are very helpful. Of course, I will come back to use the service again next time. Thank you very much. I was so impressed with the HOTEL it was the day before NYE and availability was very low I had sun stroke that day so was so nice to have dark and quiet and they never complained that I went through 6 rolls of toilet paper To the guy that complained about no toilet paper maybe just ask Nicely Once the sky train is fixed getting around will be so much better They were all so nice and accommodating The 7/11 on the corner was great with a great pharmacy section and the Japanese resteraunt was delicious even as sick as I was the taste was amazing when my daughter brought it back to my room

I was supposed to stay here for 2 nights but was hospitalized before and couldn’t cancel the trip. I decided to stay after my hospitalization but was not allowed to change the dates of my booking. They gave me a discount rate which was friendly. I was not impressed with the room. It was nothing like the images, the wallpaper is peeling or ripped around the room and there was a dead fly on one of my pillows, the curtains are dusty, and if you have small children beware of the sharp corners on the furnishings. I cut my hand on the corner of the desk.
