We stayed for 1 night. Thank God, because we were with a child, they gave us a non-smoking room. In general, the Turks need to do something about this! Smoking is prohibited in public places. Dog-friendly - also a rather rare occurrence in these places. Otherwise, the hotel is very shabby, these are not 5 stars. The room is large. Water / tea and instant coffee (in five stars!). For 3 people, they gave a room without an extra bed. My 11-year-old daughter and I, of course, fit in a single bed, but still it is strange. The breakfast is just awful. A mountain of bread, eggs rolled over until blue, fried eggs or omelettes are fried in terrible frying pans. Judging by the look, the cheese is cut in the evening, it is all stale, I will not even mention the sausage - how can you eat Turkish sausage and hot dogs - is unclear. The only edible thing Nea breakfast - kaymak and honey in the comb. That's it! The parking lot is full, but if you give the keys to the parking attendant, they will put it. This year Türkiye left some indelibly unpleasant trace.

On the last day before going, I went down to the pool at 10 am and was told it was being cleaned but unfortunately I couldn't go in. I wish it was cleaned at different times. I hadn't gone in the evening before that thinking I would go to the swimming pool in the morning before going but that wasn't the case. The food, room and view were nice.

Standard Novotel experience. The room size was decent, and the hotel service was good. They generously provided four bottles of water, including one sparkling water. However, a minor drawback was that there was no bottle opener in the room, so I couldn't open the sparkling water.

We booked a standard room but for a family room was small, they upgraded the room with some extra payment. Staffs are friendly

The ”suite” option has two rooms and accommodates a family of four. However, the sofa bed is far from comfy. Breakfast: machine coffee is instant, sausages impalatable, but scrambled egg are great. In the winter, there's smog all around the city, and the hotel HVAC isn't good enough to tackle it. Keep in mind, fellow allergics. Staff: nice. Trip.com support: fantastic.

There are not many dining facilities around the hotel. The room is large and the service attitude is good. The bath water seems to be slippery. The price is still very satisfactory. Called a taxi. My Huawei mobile phone arrived at the front desk and there was no way to use UBER. I originally bought Huawei's sky pass. The breakfast is very rich. Dinner consumption is not high.

The staff and management was very nice and supportive. We had complaints about our rooms on the lower floors. They listened to our concerns very calmly and changed the rooms immediately. Upper floor rooms are way better. Overall, they're cooperative and kind towards their guests.

My recent stay at [Hotel Name], booked through Trip.com, was absolutely fantastic – a definite five-star experience! First off, the location is unbeatable. The hotel is conveniently situated right next to [subway station / tourist attraction], just a few minutes' walk from [shopping district / famous landmark], making it incredibly convenient for tourists. Secondly, the service was truly exceptional. The front desk staff, particularly [Mr. Wang / Ms. Li], was incredibly warm and attentive. As we arrived early, they thoughtfully arranged an early check-in for us. During check-in, they also provided a detailed introduction to the hotel facilities and local dining options, and patiently answered all our questions. Most importantly, the room amenities were a delightful surprise. The room looked exactly like the promotional photos, being spotlessly clean and tidy. The mattress was just the right firmness, ensuring a very comfortable night's sleep. The toiletries were of good quality, and the hot water flow was quick and consistent. Thoughtful touches like [the complimentary minibar, smart toilet, and large floor-to-ceiling windows] significantly elevated the overall quality of our stay.

The only tall building nearby 😂 The room was nice, and the breakfast was good too (highly recommend booking a room with breakfast included). The staff were all very friendly, although not all of them spoke English. We arrived at the hotel at just after 9:00 AM, and they still managed to check us in (normally check-in is at 12:00 PM). It's very close to the tram, so you can take the tram to explore the city. There's a shopping center about a 10-minute walk from the hotel, with all kinds of food and drinks, as well as a supermarket. If you need to take a taxi, just tell the front desk, and they can quickly call one for you.
