The facilities and services of the hotel are very good. I was originally going to do sap, but because Cappadocia is really far away, it was already 11 o'clock in the evening when the chartered car arrived, so I didn't do spa, but the hotel The room is very good, big and the bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and a shower. (It is recommended to stay in this hotel for two nights. If you don't book the next hotel in advance, you will definitely stay in this hotel for another night.) The hotel property is very nice and the staff was exceptional. Except the air in the room was very stale and hot, and we were put right next to the road so it was very noisy and hard to sleep, the roof of the room is made from wood so along with car noise and a bus of people being very loud at 6am then around 7:30 the people upstairs walked on top of our heads for an hour and cars almost shake the room. Also the pool is too cold in May to swim…all in all it is a nice hotel with very polite staff but I recommend asking for a quiet room away from the road and a fan for a decent sleep. Breakfast was very good.

A decent hotel for a couple of nights. It's located far from Göreme, not easily accessible on foot, and transfers and taxis are outrageously expensive. The room has an interesting concept built into the cliff, but it's practically unventilated and full of dirt and dust, though quite spacious. There's an unpleasant sewer smell. The breakfast isn't very varied, but it's edible.

Goreme Cave Rooms & Spa is located right in the center of Goreme, very close to the bus station and popular attractions. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly, always ready to answer all our questions with a smile and in a gentle, courteous manner. The breakfast was delicious, and although the room was a little small, it was perfectly adequate for our needs.

Our family had an incredible stay at Kayakapi Caves in Cappadocia. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the unique cave-style architecture and the stunning hilltop location, which offered breathtaking views both at sunrise and under the night sky. The rooms seamlessly blended a rustic charm with modern comforts, and having an in-room hamam was an absolute treat. The spa facilities were top-notch, providing a perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring. While walking around the property was a joy, the buggy service was a great convenience for those who preferred to ride. The breakfast spread at the restaurant was delightful, offering a variety of fresh and delicious options. But beyond the aesthetics and amenities, it was the exceptional service from the team that truly made our stay special. Kayakapi Caves is a destination in itself, and staying here while experiencing the magic of this UNESCO site made our trip even more memorable. Highly recommended!

I recently stayed at Ozbek Stone House Hotel in Cappadocia, and it was truly one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The atmosphere was warm and authentic, perfectly matching the charm of Cappadocia. I also booked several tours directly through the reception, and to our surprise, the prices were actually cheaper than what we found online. Everything was well-organized and hassle-free. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the region. Comfortable stay, great service, and unbeatable value!

The initial welcome was very pleasant. The staff were friendly and attentive. Our room was clean. We had a great time in the pool with our children. The spa massage was especially nice. I recommend that anyone visiting Cappadocia choose a hotel with air conditioning because it's very hot. The air conditioning in our room was freezing. I recommend it to everyone. We will be back.❤️❤️❤️

Kapadokyanın en güzel oteli burası olabilir. Merkezdeki keşmekeşten uzak. Geçen sene kaya otellerden birine gitmiştim her yerinden böcek çıkmıştı. Ne gerek var. Kaya içlerini gezin gelin tertemiz bu otelde kalın. %10-20 daha pahalı bir otel evet ama her bir kuruşa değer.
