Fendels Homestays

A super accommodation where we had a great week. Unfortunately, there were no room keys for the individual rooms. Since we were in the flat with friends and their children, we had to barricade our room door. Otherwise everything was great.

It is a great apartment, simple but sufficiently good.

Fendels 4 km from Prutz: Apartment block "Walch", 1'356 m a.s.l., 4 storeys. 5 apartments in the property. 500 m from the centre of Fendels, 17 km from the centre of Landeck, 86 km from the centre of Innsbruck, on a slope, 6 km from the lake, 550 m from the skiing area, in a cul-de-sac. For shared use: terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: lounge, playroom, storage room for skis, ski boot dryer. Bread roll service. Shop 400 m, supermarket 4 km, restaurant 500 m, railway station "Landeck" 17 km, outdoor swimming pool 5 km, indoor swimming pool 16 km, bathing lake "Ried" 6 km. When there are less than the maximum number of guests staying at the property, not all of the housing units will be available for use. Bed layout is flexible. There are more sleeping options available than the maximum number of people allowed which may, however, not be exceeded.

The accommodation was clean and in generally good to very good condition. The TV could have been a number bigger and the mattresses weren't that hard. But that's about all there was to complain about. We were positively surprised and able to charge our e-
