Que hotel maravilhoso! Tudo muito organizado, limpo, e na recepção uma japonesinha com nome de Eliane, que fez o nosso check in, muito atenciosa, prestativa e simpática, e nos deu todo o suporte necessário. Comemoramos nosso aniversário de casamento e meu aniversário. Então, fomos com nossas filhas também. Nosso quarto ficou muito aconchegante e agradável, com internet, Netflix, mini cozinha e sala de estar, com muitas comidinhas e um magnífico vinho para celebrarmos essa data tão importante para nós. O quarto de nossas filhas ficou muito confortável e elas ficaram muito contentes. Café da manhã excelente, piscina aquecida, sauna, academia e um SPA relax dentro do hotel. Logo em frente, só atravessar a rua, um centro comercial com muitas lojas de conveniência, restaurantes, e etc. Enfim, quero agradecer ao BLUE TREE Alphaville por tornarem o nosso dia incrível. Espero voltar em breve, e indicarei para amigos e familiares. Me senti em casa e em segurança. Muito obrigada👏🏻❤️

Everything is perfect! For an excellent value, I had a peaceful and comfortable stay. Spacious and very clean rooms, all brand new. I am very satisfied. The staff are very helpful. Holy breakfast. This makes me want to stay longer.

Fiquei hospedado no período de 13 a 20/09/24 e durante 5 dias passei muita raiva com a equipe que administra o flat. N funciona o fogão, o exaustor, o ar vazava água, o chuveiro não esquentava, a tomada do frigobar não estava energizada. O tel não funcionava. Acionei a administradora informando demoraram demais a mandar o técnico e fez um serviço ruim pq no outro dia as tomadas n funcionaram de novo. Depois de insistir muito me duraram de quarto mas os problemas continuaram. Aí desistir e fiquei no prejuízo mesmo. Pedi reembolso integral das diárias que tive todo o desgaste e não aceitaram. Enfim eu nunca mais me hospedo neste hotel e sugiro que busquem outras opções. Evitem este hotel. Cheguei a implorar para que algum gerente que tivesse uma alçada de aprovação maior me ligasse mas infelizmente eles não entendem que o cliente tem importância. Um pessimo flat, um pessimo atendimento e uma experiência infelizmente difícil de esquecer, NEGATIVAMENTE

The room has been served in the restaurant, but it was unfortunately not a good experience. I was now in the restaurant for dinner that without warning the guests is being served a buffet and as I had no healthy protein options (served chicken cows with skin and quite fat and strogonoff meat) I asked a dish there Fish Card and I asked the manager to explain my condition and a official asked me to look for him outside. Of course I didn't go and I could talk to a supervisor, Peter explaining my need for a healthy food, he tried again and the boss denied my request. I argued that there was a card and that there was no warning to guests that would be prevented at any time from making the request, but it was still denied. I don't come back and I don't recommend. How can a place that you service treat your customers like this? I am surprised by this kind of treatment in ACcor network.

All right, from the reception to the service at the restaurant, although they don't speak Spanish, they knew to answer my requests or concerns. The room meets the expectations, the only thing that the walls when it's yeso panel can be heard TV from another room or even screwed, of course it's very strong.
