Blumenau Homestays

The hotel is beautiful and everything perfect, service, room and breakfast. The location that is not the best for my goals in the city, more is a very personal issue. No complaints from the hotel in itself. Marvelous.

I booked for Hoteis.com and, as I understand from the hotel staff, if you don't book directly with them, they will not do absolutely anything for you in that hotel. Every time I had to talk to someone here the answer was “but why didn't you book directly with us.” It is, if you don't need anything OK, you have to forget. They'll ask you not to answer. The night I arrived had to talk to the reception, and the official just picked up the phone and called in a room to talk to another guest while I was talking to him. I've been in super simple hotels with excellent service. I can't say the same about the Blumenau Square.

Free access by BR 470 direction Pomerode, in front of the shopping North. Good free parking. Check in quickly. Rooms with great size, clean, new furniture, large and comfortable beds, small TV with few channel options. The hotel has a good bathroom, new towels and a good shower. I know 4 hotels in the network and whenever I travel where the hotel 10 is, I prefer quality and cost-benefit ratio.

Very good hotel, agile check-in. Check-in and friendly check-out service. Comfortable and very clean room. pleasant environment. Good internet, accessible parking. Delicious breakfast! Only a attention to deeper cleaning, gardens and assembly of the carunched bathroom.

We were in this hotel for 4 nights ! Excellent service , spacious and clean room ! Simple but good breakfast ! Service staff note 10 ! Restaurant dishes with a good price and super well served . Excellent location ! One thing that should be informed that the parking is not included in the daily (R$15 per day) . Super well preserved pool area and everything very clean. They provide towels for use in the Pisicna . We will surely return
