4-Sterne Superior Erlebnishotel Bell Rock, Europa-Park Freizeitpark & Erlebnis-Resort
4.4/544 Reviews
Stayed for 5 nights as part of a Europa Park / Rulantica visit in a Deluxe Room. Rooms were large & tidy and despite being a relatively large hotel, everything felt 'within reach'. Certainly a cut above equivalent rooms at other European theme park resorts. The included breakfast was busy at times (though to be expected, considering the changes they'd made due to Covid-19) but tasty and at the expected level. Hotel bar was great, with reasonably priced & well made drinks. Very generous portion sizes on the bar food as well. Very short walk to the theme park through beautifully kept grounds. Buses to Rulantica were regular throughout the day. An end note - despite being part of the 5% of visitors not arriving from Germany / France / Switzerland - it didn't show. The vast majority of staff were comfortably multi-lingual and very patient with our ham-fisted attempts at using the German language! Made to feel very welcome by all staff throughout our stay and look forward to returning in the future.

The room is good, but the hotel restaurant service is a bit confusing...when the belly is hungry...it is a practice...
Europa-Park Freizeitpark & Erlebnis-Resort, Hotel Krønasår

Accessibility without car a conception no regular buses from Ringsheim, Hotel Shuttle simple drive against 22 Euro in addition. The first impression of the hotel is optically good. Reception always occupied, gentlemen patented and friendly, the ladies rather jewelless and indifferent to German guests. Rooms 2 days standard for 570 Euro including breakfast ok but small. Definitely clean and quiet but no air in the bathroom therefore constantly moist in the room. Housekeeping nerves at the departure day from 8 a.m. although check out until 11th breakfast no 4 stars. The room is very comfortable and the room is very comfortable. Service is clean immediately as soon as no person is on the table. At 10 o'clock you can't even eat!!!! unshamed. Breakfast can not be held with international 4 stars resorts. Long waiting times for driving chairs as there are no additional driving chairs for housekeeping and house engineering, and it often does not create the very international audience in the 1. Walking on stock or on the parking place but stands forever exactly in front of the entrance of the hotel for check. The hotel's equipment and presentation with love to detail is worth the money even under constant psychedelical sound like in the whole resort rarely comes out of quiet and rest. No Bettenburg but luxury is different ! Not recommended in the main season.

More 3.5* than 4*. The hotel is rather new and flashy. The receptionist was super welcoming and helpful, providing all the required information for the stay. The room we got for 4, was spacious enough with complementary water and coffee. The decor is very modern, very bright with coloured ambient lights and a super big flat TV screen with access to Netflix (your own account) and YouTube; it is a life saver, when you have kids. Couple of issue with the room (the room control panel and the shower door not working or damaged), but nothing really to complain too much. The hotel is equipped with a (open air) swimming pool, but, given the season, it was closed; it has a small restaurant for dinner and breakfast. In low season, the restaurant offers only a limited amount of choices (not regional dishes). Breakfast buffet is ok, with some highs (the waffle machine or the nutella auto serving jar); the only problem is that it is served from 9:00 am (we had to book it to have it at 8:00 and it was not possible to have it before). If you are in Rust for the Europa Park, maybe it's not a big issue, but if you are travelling it might be. Parking in front of the hotel is available and there are a couple of places for recharging electric cars. All in all, good experience.
Gästehaus Mythos

The surrounding environment is particularly good, the room is large, the town is beautiful and very quiet. Breakfast and dinner can be eaten at the hotel, the amount of food is sufficient, and the taste is good. There is no air conditioning, but it seems that there are no hotels in the town.

It's right next to the Bell Rack Hotel and was recently built, so it's clean and comfortable. It would be perfect if there was a refrigerator in the room, but it's a shame. Still, I am satisfied with the condition of the hotel :)
