I received first class customer service on my arrival. Linda who greeted me on reception checked me into my room 2 hours early which was very kind. This is obviously subject to your room being ready. I was lucky that mine was. But, she could quite easily have said come back at 3 o’clock. That was 5 star service in my book. Restaurant evening meal and breakfast very good for the money. I took the meal deal £26.99 which is superb value for 2 courses, 1 drink and breakfast in the morning. Keep up the good work Premier Inn, Stansted Airport 👍

My go to place when I have an early flight from Stansted! The rooms are spacious, clean and the bed is so comfy. Breakfast is included and offer an amazing variety. The dining options are good and tasty. Some unusual lighter options are also very good.

Nice hotel, You can reach it by a bus from Stansted Airport. One is free for other You need to pay 4 pounds. So it's better to take the free one, it start directly from terminal. Mid stay par car bus. Breakfast - no cheese, no ham, no vegetables so quite poor
