Our stay there was comfortable and convenient. Message to the owner: I hope room #2 will be able to have an AC that is installed correctly. Our only problem was the AC was needed to be turned off every time someone is cooking since the back unit was indoor kitchen installed. Thank you!

It was a different experience, as I have not stayed in a heritage house before. I appreciated its unique interior, it reminded me of Intramuros and how pretty the houses looked back in the day. The bathroom was clean, and the staff were friendly. It is a few minutes walk to Jaro Cathedral, and Robinson's. If I had more time, I guess there are other places to see around the area. I could rate it 5 stars, but the road was noisy from the jeepneys. However, this is beyond their control. If we were assigned to a room farther away from the road, I'm sure this isn't going to be a problem. I liked it here, I wish I stayed longer. And I hope next time, they'll be serving breakfast. If you want an experience of living in a heritage house, try staying at Casa Tentay. It's in the perfect spot to be, especially if you plan to go around and check out other old houses in the area.

It's good value for money.

The place has a good location which is just beside the public market. Good facilities and the price is fit for the budget. Good flow of water and cool aircon. Friendly, accommodating and smiling staff.

The staff went that extra philipine mile to do everything they could to make my stay as good as it could possibly be . The location was perfect for local food and shopping. The food in the hotel was masarap. In all I would recommend it to friends
