All staff at resort went above & beyond our expectations and all catering staff prepared an amazing dinner with decorations & birthday cake. Everything from the food to drinks and the facilities were excellent. Everyone is so friendly and always had a smile which made a difference to our holiday. I am a solo traveler and I was looking for a hotel to rest after my crazy stopovers throughout Zanzibar. The entire hotel team took great care of me. I didn't lack anything. The room was spacious and beautiful with the swimming pool and the small garden. The area is very wooded which means you can come across friendly little animals. Thank you again to the entire team at The Résidence hotel for all the care taken during my stay.
