Pagosa Springs Homestays

Room and location were great. Had to ask a couple of times for a hair dryer.

Resort is quiet p, easy parking and well located near shops, supermarket, wine shop and coffee shops of Pagosa (2 mins drive or 10/15 walk). Downtown is about 15 mins drive. Big gym and pool located onsite. Views are lovely everywhere and in October weather was fab (28c). Reception staff and checkin was superb with drive in arrangement!

Really cute motel with a great location. This was our second visit in two years. It’s an easy walk to the river walk. The rooms are a bit small and while there is a seating area in the room, it’s hard plastic chairs and not extremely comfortable. The bed was comfortable which was all we really needed anyway. The hand soap, lotion, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are very nice and in generous quantities. No teeny tiny bars and tubes. Don’t expect a lot from The Neon Mallard bar on site. We’d gone there in May 2022 and it was wonderful! We were excited about going back. This trip we waited for half an hour and were never even acknowledged. And there was another table that we communicated with who also had not been spoken to.
