Good location. Large rooms. Beautiful view of the sea. First line. There are few elevators, you stand in line for a long time. The pool is free on the 6th floor, very small. There is a swimming pool on the 40th floor, it is paid. 360 panorama, with an excellent view of the entire city. We booked a room with one bed, but ended up with two. Terrible cleaning, you need to write to the manager via What's app, he will come whenever he wants. This time he decided not to come at all. There is no soap, shampoo in the room... There is a kitchenette with all utensils.

My wife and I stayed at the Erica Hotel for 2 nights as part of a group of 18 on a Vietnam and Cambodia tour. Dealing with the plus points, the room was clean and well presented and the hotel was in a good location not far from shops and amenities. The downsides were that without exception the staff were miserable, not very friendly, they made no eye contact and we never received a greeting as in all the other hotels we have stayed in. In the restaurant we had to ask the restaurant staff to refill the cold milk for tea, to have hot water again for tea, to refill bread for toast, to me it would have been common sense that if you have a party of 18 English people tea and toast would have been high on the agenda to have available. I don't usually like giving bad reviews but in my opinion the Erica staff did not even make any effort.

The price is not expensive. If you choose it, it depends on the price. You can choose it from the beach and close to the church. The second floor is very noisy, and the sound insulation is poor. Others put water in to bathe and make a lot of noise. It is recommended to choose a better one during the day.

Overall, a good room with panoramic windows, but these are not double-glazed windows, just glass. There was a construction site opposite, you could hear it at times, and the dog barked during the day and for some time in the morning. Good air conditioning built into the ceiling. It seemed a bit far to walk to the sea. There is a nice swimming pool and a couple of exercise machines on the roof. I swam in the pool in the evening, at about 8 o’clock, there was no one there, but I was freezing. In general, everything is good for the price, I paid 1300 rubles for one night.

The Aroma Boutique Hotel was the first hotel in my tour and left a very pleasant impression. A careful girl on the respiratory set me up earlier than I was supposed, and it was very, by the way, after such a long flight. The room was in line with wishes and photo. Very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good enough: soups, omlets, fresh fruit and vegetables, salads, baking and drinks. All of this was enough for a delicious start of the day. Enjoyed the location. All needed in step-by-step availability. For me, it was ManuSpa and Grill Garden. Aroma Boutique Hotel is price-friendly and fully fulfilled expectations.
