Very cute little bnb place. Good location.
Very friendly and helpful staff. You might also meet a couple of lovely other guests and have a nice chat over breakfast. It is a historical building, though old but really clean and things functioning properly.

The old couple, Jeff & Julie, was very polite and knew that when I first came to Hobart, I took a map and introduced the surrounding environment and how to get to the main attractions. The hotel layout is very British and exquisite. One person has set a minimum room and is enough. Two people may need to be bigger.
Everything you need in this house is perfect. The kitchenette is cozy and super warm, thanks to the heater that the house owner had open before we arrived. There’s no heater in the bedroom, but they have a warming blacket instead. It’s just a 30-minute drive from Cradle Mountain. Would recommend this house to everyone who plan traveling to Tasmania.
It's comfortable and clean. It's fully equipped with electric stoves and ovens, and the pots and dishes are also very clean. The two rooms we booked are also very good. It's close to the airport and supermarkets, so it's very convenient~
It was late at night when we arrived at the hotel. The room key has been placed in the mailbox, and they have notified us of the password in advance. The rooms are average in size but very tidy. There are two rooms, one with a double bed and one with two bunk beds. In fact, there can be up to six people. There is a supermarket in front of the hotel, which is very convenient. The hotel also has laundry at its own expense.
There was no air conditioning in the room, it rained at night The temperature outside was less than ten degrees, and the three rooms were only heated by an electric heater in the hall. Long-sleeved pajamas could not be worn. It was not cold until it was wearing a wool coat. Now in the local summer, I can't imagine how this house will live in winter. There is no gas stove and oven, only one induction cooker on both ends. The beds and kitchen utensils are very clean and the layout is reasonable. The public laundry room washing machine dryer is very dirty. It feels not as good as other campsites I have lived in. The price is not high, not recommended.
No air conditioner, very cold as there is only a short piece of electrical heater in living room. Both bedrooms don’t have any warmer. Feel cold even wearing long pajamas in summer as it was raining outside. . Can’t imagine how to survive in winter. Bedding and kitchenwares are very clean and layout of the rooms is good. No cooking stoves and oven as shown on pictures , only ceramic stove. Washing machines and dryers in public laundry are very dirty. The staff are friendly and helpful. But I won’t recommend it for its low cost-performance ratio.

Breakfast is quite rich
There was a problem with the light in the room, and it was repaired on the same day.
Easy parking
Very close to the supermarket
Many choices of Chinese food nearby
It is a simple room at the container level. It is a RV camp. The facilities are all configured according to the camping configuration. The service is the same as nothing. The clean and clean conditions are no problem, but as a hotel, the price is very poor, that is, the level of the hotel.
Feel the best hotel in the whole journey, the room is not big, but it is special enough, clean and convenient. There is a big bed and two bunk beds in the triple room. It should be prepared for families with many children from foreigners. It is a waste of three or four for China. There is a sofa bed for two people and three people. There is an electric blanket on the big bed. Although it is not necessary for the summer night at the seaside, it is enough enough. There are cooking facilities in the multi-person room, and the facilities in the common kitchen are also very complete. There are also tents without separate toilets in the camp. The public bathroom is very clean and convenient. There is a large white beach next to the camp. The scenery is very beautiful. It takes about 5 minutes to walk. The children spend a few hours there. The fathers rented the fishing rods and actually caught them. They will catch more from the bridge not far from the camp. . Another surprise is the starry sky at night, the Milky Way is clearly visible.
It’s an air B & B.
Overall a nice stay, the problem was not the the apartment, it’s Trip.com service failed me.
I booked it here, but they didn’t give the owner any of my details, so the owner couldn’t contact me for check in details at all. I didn’t know it’s an air B&B, I tuned up at the office after hours, only found it’s closed. Then I realized it’s actual address was not the office address, so I went to the apartment, also no one there, of course no one, it’s an airB&B, I was the only one staying that night, luckily I got the owner’s number and rang, warmed you, it’s after 7:30 pm, I was lucky to get hold of her the second time. Then she told me whoever booked the room for me, never give her any details of me. How does that work Trip.com?

Very Good
AAiqinhaixingxingThe room was very nice, the boss was very nice, and he also provided a rich breakfast. It is also very convenient to go to various tourist attractions. It's also very close to the city. The overall feeling of staying here is very relaxing!
SShiElaineIt is a cabin in the national park. The room is very cold when you enter. You need to light a fire for several hours to warm it up. It is too hot to sleep at night. The heating lamp in the toilet is broken and it is very cold to go to the toilet. The bedroom is on the second floor and the toilet is on the first floor next to the door, which is a bit inconvenient. The water from the tap is yellow and it is still yellow after a long time. No bottled water is provided.
TTIt's low season. I saw only 2 groups of guests (2 people per group) including mine during our stay. We occupied the best room type (2-bedroom) with kitchenette, hot shower, heater in the dining room, TV, heater to the bedding which is a hearty touch in such a cold area. It can accommodate 7 to 8 people in the room. Very quiet, we only heard waves at the beach which's at the opposite side of the main road about the front of our house. I read many negative comments on the male host (Scott?) before our stay, but our actual experience is that he's ok, we didn't feel anything bad about him. He is kind to advise us the best location to watch stars and southern lights.
The worst thing that we must mention is the poor quality of water which is brownish yellow. So we dared not use the tap water for cooking or drinking. This is very undesirable.
EElfiiThis is a budget-friendly option to spend the night right in the park, allowing you to observe animals, most of which are visible early in the morning and towards sunset. Thanks to this opportunity, I saw wombats and an echidna. Kangaroos and wallabies can be found right on the grounds and in the nearby forest. The blankets and bedding are very good and clean. Unfortunately, there's no Wi-Fi, and the kitchen and restrooms are a bit far away.
AAnonymous UserThe hotel has convenient transportation and parking can be parked directly on the roadside at the door. The whole building is well maintained, and there is an album on the porch to introduce the history of the building. You can feel that the landlord is very careful in maintaining it. The room includes breakfast and the owner is very enthusiastic.
JJinlingwutongThe apartment is a single-family house with a sea view, a good environment, quiet and comfortable. The apartment is fully equipped, and there is a supermarket in the town with a wide variety of products, which can definitely satisfy your own cooking. One night is not enough.
ZZHANSHENGA good environment means that the landlord must agree to the house, which is not suitable for Chinese food. You can stop on the side of the road. The only advantage is that it is very close to the beach at night and you can see the little penguins.
MMike WK WongA lovely farm stay with unforgettable experience. The unit is huge and spacious with basic ingredients provided like rice, cereal, pasta, granola and a bottle of fresh milk. Coffee machine and coffee capsule provided as well. Kitchen utensils and cookery ware are complete. The farm owner, Jane was very friendly and helpful. I arrived late evening for check in, she was very kind to point us the direction to our unit in the huge farm. The view around the farm is very scenic surrounded by sheep, alpacas and bulls and etc. I will definitely return if I come to Tasmania.
Rreasonilive1985It was a shame the weather was wet during our stay, but it didn't stop us from having a good time. The glamping tents at NRMA Port Arthur Holiday Park were spot on—cosy and warm, which was perfect for the miserable weather. Our five-year-old loved seeing the birds wandering by, and we even spotted a possum near our barbecue. We were also super close to the Port Arthur Historic Site, which meant we could still get out and explore between the showers. The glamping tents are a great option for families and we'd definitely recommend them.
GGuest UserNever stayed anywhere before where there is a threat on the wall that if you don’t wash your dishes and empty bin etc that you will be fined $50!! I thought I was on holiday and that was the cleaner’s job?? The handrails need attention , to avoid guests getting massive splinters. The staff were friendly and helpful. For what we paid , we were disappointed with the comfort, view (surrounded by vans and units) and cleaning expectations put onto guests.
