Characterful 2 bedroom beach cottage, a 5 minutes walk down a pathway to the beach, with its own small swimming pool.Sea Shanty is located on exclusive Bank's road. The pink sand beach is a 5 minute walk away, and Tippy's restaurant is a 2 minute drive or 15 walk down the beach. Sea Shanty, which sits in 1/4 acre of private grounds, has a roof top deck, overlooking the trees, with a view to the ocean beyond. There is a new 15 foot, private swimming pool for your use. The cozy master bedroom, which has King size bed, is directly off the deck on the second floor of the house. Downstairs is open plan, with the a small, but fully functioning kitchen, a dining area suitable for 4, and a lounge which has a TV and a couch. Off the living room, there is a small 2nd bedroom with a queen bed, and a single loft bed above. This second bedroom would suit children, but also works for a couple. The property is quiet and peaceful, with only few high end houses in the neighborhood.There is high speed wireless internet throughout the property.The property is centrally located, being 10 minutes from Governors Harbour on the beautiful Bank's road, the most sought after area in Eleuthera. There are mile and miles of reef protected beaches, both north and south, in front of the house for you to explore. There is great snorkeling and spear fishing off the beach directly in front. There are grocery stores 10 minutes away and 3-4 of the best restaurants on the island are within a 10 minute drive.
