Welcome to "Easy Breezy" - a waterfront three (3) bedroom, three (3) bathroom, single family home located in a protected harbor with a 150 foot dock. Relax on our waterfront living space complete with pergola, outdoor furniture, and bbq kitchen. Enjoy fishing and water sports out your front door!Our house, Easy Breezy, offers waterfront activities just steps from the front door. The property is located next to Orchid Bay Marina within the settlement of Guana Cay. The house and dock may be rented for $575 a night (plus VRBO fees and taxes), accomodating six (6) guests although electric and water for the dock is an added expense. The porch has wonderful views of the harbor and evening sunsets. Enjoy a refreshing drink on the porch as you watch the fishing boats and yachts navigate the waters of Abaco.Although you can explore most of the island on foot, you may also want to rent a golf cart to explore the outer lying areas. I highly recommend renting the golf cart from our Property Manager, Darvin Curry as he will meet and greet you at the ferry dock, deliver your golf cart, and introduce you to the island and Easy Breezy.You may rent a boat to explore other islands, otherwise use the house kayaks or stand up paddle boards to explore the waters. If you are an experienced diver, be sure to go on a snorkel/scuba trip with our local dive experts from Dive Guana.
