We had a great stay in the summer. At first it seemed a little overpriced but when you take the location into consideration, it makes sense. Things in that area are typically a bit more expensive. It’s central to everything. Only downside would be the wifi was not the greatest especially in the evening. The cabin was cozy & clean, equipped with everything you could possibly need while away from home. The pool was great. The staff was wonderful. During our stay, when we were on the way to the pool, we passed by who I believe was the owner of the property. It was very obvious that he was busy & in a rush, but he still took a few minutes of his time to stop & talk to my chatter box of a son who kept trying to make conversation & asking him question. I thought that was really nice, I know not many people would be kind enough to do that. Overall it’s a nice, good energy, relaxing place to stay.

This is a family owned B&B consisting of threerenovated older homes on a quie tree-shaded block within walking distance of downtown Charlettetown. Brothers s Sam, Jake and sister Tess run the more visible operations at the front desk and breakfast kitchen while Mom and Dad manage from ”behind the scenes”. We stayed here for two nights at the beginning of a bike tour around the island and for one night after. We had the same room on both stay in the middle of the three buildings which also appears to be the most recently constructed. Even though this building was not as old as the other two it appeared to be recently updated with modern furnishings and fixtures. We found it adequately spacious for our comfort level and climate control was easy to adjust.

This small hotel is a busy place, with a great location if you want to discover downtown Charlottetown; you can park your car and walk wherever you need to go. The hotel is in a residential area and there is a parking lot behind the hotel so you don’t need to park on the street. We booked a studio room with a balcony and it was sufficient for our stay. There was a tiny kitchen area, comfortable King bed, small sofa and a small bathroom. We didn’t make much use of the balcony as the weather was not conducive for sitting outside. The decorating was plain and neat. The cleaning attendant was very pleasant. There are some nice inside sitting areas for guests and we never saw anyone sitting in them so probably a balcony is not necessary. (Your choice!) The common areas are beautifully decorated. The breakfast area is large and the tables are preset for your arrival. If you want a simple breakfast with cereal and toast, you can help yourself. There are servers who will take your order for a more substantial breakfast and there were 6 choices. We were there for three days and everything was great! Each morning there were very yummy muffins. The women who served the breakfast were friendly and greeted guests with a fresh fruit salad. Whoever prepared the meals did a great job. It’s important to note that there is no elevator so if stairs are a problem you might call ahead to see if there is room that will suit you. The hotel is locked and you need to ring for someone to open the door until you have your own entry pass. They send specific instructions with your confirmation for the entry and parking information.
