We had an excellent experience. The only drawback was the shower that couldn't deliver a steady flow of hot water.

Great hotel. Just next to the seafood market, walk for about 5 minutes, very close, you can go over if you want to eat seafood. Hotel facilities are not bad, very complete. There are also a few kittens in the hotel, very clingy and cute. Although the single room is small, it still has a private bathroom, which is good. The only downside is that there may be small mosquitoes. Remember to close the windows early.
