We had to drag our luggages from the main road through the old street to the B&B without any help offered by the staff. And after check out, we had to ask for the staff to use a small trolley to help move our luggages to the main road, which demonstrated a lack of initiative from the staff in providing good service. Did not feel particularly warmly welcomed by the staff. Location-wise, it is good as it is right in the middle of the old street, very near to the river street and Laiyang old street. Breakfast was also so-so only. When I asked for fried egg, I was plainly told head boiled eggs are available.

Tianzhu Mountain Moshang Swan Castle B&B is a high-end homestay with Russian-style castles, unique in the local area, very striking. Its biggest advantage is the excellent location, just next to the Tianzhu Mountain Visitor Center, a few minutes walk away, it is very convenient for tourists who want to climb the mountain, which can save a lot of time and energy. The rooms are spacious, clean and tidy, the facilities are new and the bedding is comfortable. In terms of service, the enthusiasm of the boss and staff. In addition, the breakfast provided by the hotel is healthy and delicious, and the overall price is high. It is a quality choice for accommodation when visiting Tianzhu Mountain.

The water heater is not convenient enough to take a bath. It is pulled up with a simple curtain. There is no glass door to isolate dry and wet. Compared with simple hotels, about fifty or sixty yuan is still very competitive. But for users, it will be more comfortable to add some prices to choose a regular hotel chain.

This hotel is right next to the South Gate transfer station, practically the closest you can get. The service is excellent, and the facilities are top-notch. The toilet is electric with a heated seat, and the soundproofing is incredible; even though the transfer entrance is right outside, you can't hear any noise. The Huangshan shortbread the hotel gave us was the best I've ever tasted, and I even bought three more packs from them before leaving. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Huangshan!

The owner was very welcoming and even provided pick-up and drop-off service from the station, which was a great convenience for me as I had a lot of luggage. The room and private bathroom were clean and hygienic, and the air conditioning heated up very quickly. Most importantly, the price was very reasonable. There was also a large courtyard in front of the hotel where I could wash and dry my clothes, which was very convenient. It was a pleasant stay, and I will definitely come back next time!

This hotel exceeded all our expectations! Let’s start with the hosts, who messaged us in advance and arranged a pick up from the train station (which was very convenient and cheaper than Didi). They also answered all of our questions and helped us with our luggage. The room was very beautiful and clean. The bed very soft. I wish we had booked the room for longer and get to Huangshan from there. The hotel itself is amazing, it has a great balcony where you can observe the street and the decor is tasteful. The breakfast was delicious and fresh. The hotel is situated very close to Tunxi road, there are shops, cafés and lovely bars with live music further down the street. Also what was extremely helpful and nice from the owner : he was explained us how to navigate the mountain and gave us important tips. We received a map mafe by him with instructions based on the kind of hike we wanted to have. With this information, we had a successful adventure on the Huangshan mountain. When I come to Tunxi next time I will definitely book the same hotel again, it is by far the prettiest and the most welcoming hotel we have visited. Thank you again for this experience!

The location is excellent. There is Kawanka downstairs. There are many barbecues on the street at night. It's pretty good. Kawanka is delicious. The Lanzhou ramen downstairs is good. I ate a lot of delicious food.
