The room is great, and the amenities are well worth the price. The cleaning staff (Ayi) is very warm and helpful, accommodating special requests for tidying up. It would be even better if the balcony were cleaner and had outdoor furniture like a table and chairs. The front desk concierge was also quite enthusiastic.

I booked a basic room, and luckily, there were still rooms available that day, so the butler upgraded me. The tent is really picturesque for photos. The good mood I got upon entering the room compelled me to write a review about the butler! Before check-in, the butler proactively contacted me, informing me that the room included one fixed-point airport transfer. They also told me about the weather, helped me plan my itinerary and offered travel advice, and even recommended Dunhuang Print Shop for a visit. During my stay, the butler always responded instantly (except when they were picking up/dropping off guests, which I totally understand if replies were a bit slower). Even when I returned very late at night, a butler was still there. The front desk also left a phone number. I talk a lot and can be long-winded, haha, but they patiently answered all my questions. Huge thanks to the Shazhou Wild Luxury Camp butler team for making a solo female traveler feel so welcome and cared for. I will definitely be back next summer. I highly recommend it to every young lady looking for quality and experience – come and enjoy!

The location is inside Tianshui Ancient City, a bit hard to find. Breakfast is a collaboration with the shop next door, only available from 8 AM, which is different from the information provided here. The room's screen mirroring works fine, but there are constant ads… The room doesn't have a key; it has a combination lock, so you don't have to worry about only having one card for two people. The front desk provides many free small items that you can use. The downsides are that if you stay on the first floor, you'll hear noise from outside, and if no one is at the front desk during check-in, you'll have to wait.

Wonderful place and wonderful family! The best accommodation we stayed in in China. Perfect position very close to the monastery. Very clean. As soon as we arrived we were greeted with a snack of dried dates, bread, butter and tzampa, accompanied by some delicious tea. We stayed with this family for two days and they always offered us breakfast, the first day with house tea and fresh bread, the second day with coffee and fried bread. We spent the evening with them and they always kept offering us food and tea, always making us feel welcome. The house is wonderful, ******* style, wooden, always very clean. The beds are really comfortable, and they have a warming blanket. Inside our room we also had an electric heater to warm ourselves, which made the room really warm and cosy. The bathroom has hot water. You can fill your water bottles from the drinking water containers they have in front of each room. We always saw them cleaning the common areas. The owner, his wife and their three children welcomed us warmly like family. I will recommend them to all my friends. Really recommended!

Best hotel I’ve stayed in on my trip. The family made me feel so welcome. The room was very comfortable and quiet. Lots of hot water. Food was great. They gave me a bike to cycle to the grasslands and did my washing for free! Also dropped me at the bus station. So kind and lovely. And the owner speaks perfect English.

Perfect location for visiting the Rainbow Mountains, with the western entrance in walking distance. The exceptionally friendly reception also recommended scenic spots in the area, and we were able to borrow traditional clothing for our photo shoot free of charge. The overnight stay in a heated yurt was very comfortable, with shower and toilet facilities within easy reach. The breakfast was excellent and varied; even our demanding children gave it two thumbs up.

The breakfast is very good-looking and tastes good, which makes people feel good when they wake up in the morning. The overall decoration is very sunny. There are also souvenirs for sale. The price is right and the quality is good. The two beauties have good temperament and are gentle and kind. In short, they deserve my careful review!

Bringing children, the exclusive beach is simply great, the baby walked on the sand barefoot for an afternoon, do not worry about many people like the scenic spot. There will be a little flying insect in the evening, but the hotel has ordered mosquito coils and ultraviolet mosquito killer lights in advance, and the details are in place. The front desk brother feels a bit introverted, not the type that will take the initiative to chat, especially warm and outward-looking, when I first checked in, I thought that the service would not keep up. As a result, I found that I had to think more about it. I had to send a message if I needed it. I responded quickly and responded to requests. I was very patient to borrow things, ask for directions, and recommend places to eat. It was a kind of not much but particularly reliable. The advantage of being in the countryside is that the space is really large. The front desk brother took the children to play with sand toys. The children were happy after playing on the beach for a day. In the evening, the whole family was eating by the pool, watching the desert sunset slowly turn into the night light, and the atmosphere was directly full. Such an experience may not be felt near the scenic spot.

We stayed in two hotels in Zhagana for two nights (the first day was sold out), and this one felt better. The hotelier was very considerate, cleaning the room in the morning and checking us in at 10:00 AM. It was convenient to park our car at the hotel and walk to the Grand Loop Trail. The stewed free-range chicken at the restaurant completely washed away the fatigue of the eight-hour Grand Loop Trail. The view from the room and the hotel restaurant was stunning, overlooking the crowded tourist center and Fairy Beach across the way. The hotel also provided complimentary tea and fruit. It was a wonderful stay.

The guesthouse is located somewhat inside Crescent Moon Town. The rooms and facilities are relatively new and complete, featuring a smart toilet, high-quality toiletries, and a special illuminated makeup mirror. They even thoughtfully provided makeup remover pads, leather straps, and small black hair clips. The room was clean and tidy, and the staff were very helpful and welcoming, introducing nearby attractions and planning routes. They even bought breakfast for us and took a shortcut to the Mingsha Mountain scenic area in an open-top vehicle. We were upgraded free of charge from a single-bed room with a view of the stars to a double-bed room with a star-viewing view for one night. On a clear day, you really can see the stars; the last photo shows a sky full of stars, but unfortunately, my phone couldn't capture the effect. Overall, I was very satisfied.
