GGuest UserHighly recommend for anyone planning a trip to Snow Valley! Nan Nan Homestay has an unbeatable location, incredibly close to the ski resort. After a tiring day of skiing, you can just turn around and head back to rest. The owner is a local and an excellent guide, providing professional service. The attraction tickets they helped us book were cheaper than online, and they even arranged free shuttle service within the scenic area, so we didn't have to lug our luggage around. The rooms are well-equipped with private bathrooms and complimentary toiletries. The large kang bed can accommodate 2-4 people, making it perfect for family trips or traveling with friends. The 'tie guo dun' (iron pot stew) and 'guo bao rou' (sweet and sour pork) at the restaurant are super authentic, with fresh and flavorful ingredients – incredible value for money. We loved our stay so much, we didn't want to leave!
GGuest UserThe room is very clean and tidy, the boss is very welcoming, and the room is super warm! I came to Erbin by myself and lived very comfortably. It's very close to Jiangbei University Town subway station, and it's very convenient to get to attractions. There are also many places to eat around!

ZZheng2571Big thanks to Sister Qiu for always responding to our inquiries and to the boss, Hongbo, for the warm hospitality and care. We had a very comfortable and fun four-day, three-night stay (Dec 27-30) in Snow Valley. The warm beds, hot meals, and enjoying all the entertainment activities in Snow Valley and Snow Village gave our group of four an extraordinary winter experience.
At Xiongling in Snow Valley, we tried snowmobiling, snow tubing, skiing, and snow drifting (super thrilling!).
**Friendly reminder**: Please wear sunglasses, a mask, and a snow hat. This will help prevent the cold snow from hitting your face when you're snow drifting. The snow hitting your face is incredibly, unbelievably cold!
For the Yangcaoshan itinerary, I recommend buying tickets for the horse-drawn sled and taking the snowmobile all the way up the mountain. Hiking would be a very long and time-consuming distance. For the second half, we opted to hike down to Snow Village, and the snow scenery along the way was absolutely spectacular, perfect for photos. You can also buy a small sled to enjoy some exciting mini snow runs on the way down.
**The only drawback**: The shower head in the bathroom had low water pressure, so it took a bit longer to shower.
AAnonymous UserPros:
1. Very friendly and helpful host. She can speak English as well. Ready to assist anytime. We loved the attitude! 😍
2. Host helped to store our luggages at her house for 5 days during our road trip with charges but cheap.
3. Apartment is spacious with 2 super queen bed, clean and worth the price. There was aunty clean the apartment everyday.
4. There is washing machine (without dryer), so if you plan to wash the clothes, bring extra hanger and portable clothes line to dry the clothes.
5. Modern toilet bowl with bidet. Bath tub so big and nice but located outside of the bathroom at the dry and open area. So, a bit scared to use it in case we will wet the house.
6. There is aircond/heater in the house. The floor heated as well made the house it warm and so comfortable to walk around. We slept soundly, didn't even realize when it was snowing outside the building.
Cons:
1. The building looks old and ran down. Inside the building was dirty and messy, not taken care of, not like inside the apartment.
2. People smoking inside the building and apartment next door. So the smells of the smokes travelled around, into our apartment. So annoying and suffocating. So we always kept the door closed and put something underneath the door to avoid the smell coming inside.
Plus point:
1. There are few stalls opened in front of the building selling snacks - tanghulu, street foods and limited winter wear.
2. Baroque street 800m from the building, but too cold to walk there. So we just admired from afar 🥹
3. Zhongyang street only 1.5km from the apartment, we used Didi to avoid the cold weather.
3. Train station not far from the apartment but we never try as we used didi to move around.
4. There is halal restaurant not far from the apartment. Didn't get chance to try either, as we always back late and usually already ate.
Fully recommended considering the kindness of the host and the apartment itself.
GGuest UserThe room is clean and tidy with no smell
Sanitary facilities are very good. It’s just that the contact is not very convenient. It is very difficult for some older people to add WeChat! It would be better if there are eye-catching signs in the lobby to facilitate check-in.

MM250700****While scrolling through Xiaohongshu for travel tips, I stumbled upon a photo of this place featuring motorcycle travelers – helmets hanging on the wall, group photos of fellow adventurers – and it instantly resonated with me. Driven by an impulse, I set off, and the moment I walked through the door, I wasn't disappointed. The walls weren't just adorned with photos of motorcycle enthusiasts checking in; there were also postcards and handwritten letters from guests all over the world. These messages conveyed sentiments ranging from the exhilaration of riding thousands of kilometers to the joy of seeing the aurora for the first time. It felt like stepping into a 'spiritual gathering place' for passionate travelers, where even the air hummed with the warmth of dream-chasing.
Settling in, I felt even more at ease. Both the room and public areas were spotlessly clean and tidy. The bedding was neat and odorless, there was no clutter on the tables or floor, and even the smallest details in the corners were meticulously maintained. This cleanliness wasn't a forced orderliness, but rather a comfortable ease that instantly melted away much of my travel fatigue.
What truly touched me was the human warmth here. The front desk staff were enthusiastic and genuine, taking the initiative to chat with us about travel routes in Beiji Village, sharing aurora forecasts, and offering photography tips. The hotel even provided free hot water and ladles, allowing us to experience the fun of 'splashing water into ice.' Everyone else at the hotel was also very friendly. Occasionally, when chatting with other travelers in the common area, the feeling of being strangers vanished instantly.
In the biting cold winds of the far north, 'Motorcycle Enthusiast Home' wasn't just a clean and comfortable place to stay; it fulfilled my passion for motorcycling and allowed me to experience an unexpected warmth.
GGuest UserI can't praise the details of this B&B enough! The shuttle driver who picked me up from the station was incredibly enthusiastic, and the room was spacious and bright. The floor-to-ceiling window, in particular, really lifted my spirits. They use an A. O. Smith water heater for stable water temperature, which is so important. And the Dyson hairdryer isn't just a regular one; it's the professional model! The owner mentioned it's specifically for guests with long hair, which was such a thoughtful touch. It's only a ten-minute walk to the ski resort, and coming back to relax on the window-side sofa is pure bliss.
GGuest UserThe B&B is in an excellent location, making it very convenient for getting around by taxi and for shopping and dining. The interior design is simple yet elegant, with great natural light and ventilation. The entire place was clean and odor-free, and the bedding was super soft and comfortable, ensuring a really good night's sleep. The host was fantastic – very responsive and always happy to answer any questions. They even thoughtfully provided daily necessities, showing great attention to detail. My stay was absolutely perfect, and I've already recommended it to my friends!
GGuest UserWe booked a twin room for 2 adults and 2 children. The owner kindly upgraded us to a slightly larger room. In the evening, my child was hungry and asked the owner's wife if she could cook some dumplings. The owner said the chef had already left. My child then asked if there was instant noodles, and the owner's wife not only gave him a box of instant noodles but also prepared it for him. My child saw coke in the fridge and asked if he could have one. The owner's wife also gave him a bottle. When my child asked how much it cost, she said, 'It's on the house, kid!' It was truly touching. The next morning, seeing that my child hadn't eaten breakfast, I ordered a plate of beef dumplings for him (35 per plate). He loved them and finished the whole plate. He also had two more bottles of coke. I felt really embarrassed and wanted to pay the owner separately for the coke and instant noodles, considering we had three bottles of coke and a box of instant noodles. But the owner's wife insisted on not taking any money. When we left, she even gave each of us a bottle of blueberry drink. They are genuinely good people, so kind and generous. Plus, I had a pile of clothes to wash that evening, and she even helped me wash and hang them. So, I will definitely recommend this place to my friends. If they come to visit this area, I'll definitely recommend Youran Shanju. And the breakfast in the morning was also very generous and delicious. Highly recommended!
