This was my second time staying here, and it was great! I stayed for several days, and the service was excellent. The front desk staff were particularly helpful. The environment and hygiene were both very good. Even though it's in a scenic area, it was surprisingly quiet, and getting to other places was very convenient.

The house is located right in the heart of Zhouzhuang Ancient Town, a very scenic and traditional area. When you open the door, there's a clear path straight to the window, and from there, you get a picturesque view of the river right outside, with a bridge in the distance and shops on the opposite bank. It really captures that classic 'small bridge, flowing water, and local homes' vibe. The room itself was quite clean, and the owner was incredibly welcoming. We're a family of three, and they thoughtfully provided an extra comforter for us without us even asking.

Word of advice for people who didnt know, the hotel is right smack in the middle of non-car access area. After alighting, you should use trip app call function to call the hotel so that they bring a old trolley to pull your luggage for you. It is in a tourism spot so super convenient to eat and shop. But it is a door that is at a side lane, and also that is kept closed at all times, see pic 4. At night, if you are lucky, there are 2 lantern lights lit for you, see pic 5. However, the girls at the lobby are super helpful. They operate the dining area across, so they sometimes disappear from counter. But they are helpful when you ask them things. They even ordered a late night noodles for me when i told them i do not have a ******* app. Lovely stay.

Everything about this little stay was amazing. Location wise its was close to ShanTang Street. So much to see there! Cleanliness was great, the room provided had everything we need. Services from staff was excellent, he was kind enough to help with our bags, Wechat us a list of things and places to visit around the area. He was super quick to respond when we needed help 💯 He even prepared fruits & water for us when we checked in. Will definitely stay here again if I am ever in Suzhou. My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay.

Yin Jiangnan Xujia Homestay perfectly matched my vision of a Jiangnan water town courtyard. Stepping through the door, you're greeted by an elegant, peaceful courtyard with rockeries and eaves, completely isolating you from the hustle and bustle of the ancient town, leaving only tranquility and comfort. The room was spotlessly clean and tidy, and the facilities clearly undergo regular updates, making for a very comfortable stay. The location is superb; step outside and you're in the lively streets, but return and you're back in a serene haven. What truly stood out was the proprietress – so kind and welcoming, making you feel right at home. This wasn't just a place to stay; it was an immersive experience of Jiangnan life. Highly recommended!

I just wrapped up a 3-day trip to Nanjing and stayed at this premium king room, and it was easily one of my favorite accommodations in recent months! The first thing that blew me away was the floor-to-ceiling windows—when I pulled back the curtains each morning, I was greeted with a stunning view of Nanjing's skyline. Even on the rainy day I was there, the misty cityscape felt so peaceful and atmospheric, it was the perfect way to start my day. The bed was incredibly comfortable; the linens were soft, crisp, and clean, and after spending all day walking around the city exploring, I slept like a log every night. The little thoughtful touches really made a difference: the round vanity mirror with warm, dimmable lighting was perfect for doing my makeup in the morning, and I was so relieved to find a hair dryer neatly packed in a cute linen bag in the drawer—I’d completely forgotten to bring my own, so that was a total lifesaver. The room was spacious and well-designed, with a small table that was perfect for setting down my takeout snacks and drinks from the nearby shops. The location was also unbeatable—it’s just a 5-minute walk from the subway station, so I could easily get to Xinjiekou for shopping and trying local food, and the neighborhood felt safe even when I came back late at night after exploring the night markets. The host was also really kind and responsive; they sent me detailed check-in instructions before my arrival and replied quickly when I had a small question about the room’s amenities. I already recommended this place to my friends who are planning a trip to Nanjing, and I definitely plan to book this room again when I come back to explore more of the city!

Would 100% come again and definitely recommend! Before we arrived, the staff reached out to us on Trip to see what time we would arrive. When we reached, they helped to take our luggage up to our rooms & also provided special decorations in the room after we told them it was our 7th year anniversary! The room was very clean, neat, and aesthetic. Cozy and warm when we arrived as well. The location is also superb (~10 min walk away from Pingjiang Road & right by popular attractions like the Suzhou Museum & Humble Administrators Garden). They also upgraded us to another room when there ended up being construction nearby our original room. Overall we felt very cared for and happy to have chose this hotel for our first time in Suzhou. :)

I really loved the traditional Chinese decor; it truly embodies the unique character of Suzhou accommodation. The location is incredibly convenient: Suzhou Museum, the Humble Administrator's Garden, and Pingjiang Road are all within walking distance. Getting to Shantang Street and the train station is also very easy. This was our second stay, and the hostess was just as warm and friendly as before. Our child always looks forward to staying at Suzhou Xiaoyuan whenever we visit Suzhou. We had made arrangements and communicated in advance, and they even upgraded our room upon arrival. It truly felt like a home away from home. We'll certainly choose Suzhou Xiaoyuan again for our future trips.

The B&B's environment exceeded my expectations! The decor was cozy and unique, and the bedding was soft and skin-friendly, ensuring a great night's sleep. The host was incredibly patient in their communication, making the check-in experience perfect. Highly recommend!

The hotel is conveniently located near Dongguan Street, right next to Ge Garden, making it easy to access transport and local amenities. The rooms are housed in a two-story wooden building, encircling a charming courtyard with a miniature rock garden. While the rooms themselves are clean, the bathroom is a bit on the small side. The service was incredibly thoughtful; staff even helped us with laundry. The owner was exceptionally hospitable and warm; he not only used an electric cart to assist with our luggage but also gave us a ride to a nearby place for a local morning tea. We noticed the diamond-patterned door didn't block out much light, but when we mentioned it to the owner, he immediately took care of it. He also generously shared recommendations for many authentic Yangzhou restaurants favored by locals, helping us avoid any tourist traps.
