The hotel is far from the road, quiet, and surrounded by beautiful scenery. The suite was spacious and comfortable, and the ******* waiter provided excellent service, even turning on the oxygen concentrator in advance. The room was clean and hygienic, and we also had the best yak hot pot of the entire trip. The service was very warm and welcoming. When the children wanted to go horseback riding, he recommended a horse farm with a discount. A truly wonderful experience, highly recommended!

The hotel within the scenic area was more than perfect than expected. The facilities were comprehensive and new. You could have the entire scenic area to yourself in the mornings and evenings. P.S.: First, get a ticket next to the parking lot, then someone will guide you in through another entrance. Room admission is free. Room type limits the number of guests. There's a KFC inside the scenic area (open until 9:30 PM), but other food options are average, especially the Chinese food. It's recommended to drive out for meals. You can freely enter and exit with your room card; parking is free.

Great newly opened homestay with wonderful accommodating hosts who went out of their way to provide a great stay. Delicious dinner & traditional breakfast in cozy ******* home atmosphere with vegetables from their garden. The room was spacious, comfy, spotless clean, well equipped and lovingly decorated.

This is arguably the best B&B near A**qing. Nestled against a snow-capped mountain lake, the temperature swings dramatically between day and night. In the afternoon, the air is filled with the scent of yak-grazed grass. With few predators, the rabbits and rats on the nearby lawns have grown into enormous rats. The entire B&B has only five rooms, but the staff is well-equipped. The Sichuan chef's cooking is excellent. 👍🏻 The ******* dinner we ordered was also very good. The traditional ******* steak was a bit tough, but the meat's milky flavor developed over time. Environment: Located near the county seat, the B&B has a somewhat ”high-end farm stay” feel, attracting weekend visitors from nearby counties. There are hiking trails nearby, a small lake, and the B&B has horses where you can try horseback riding and archery.

A very wonderful place! They are very welcoming to foreigners so please give them respect in return. I arrived with Chinese friends and I could not speak much, but I very much enjoyed spending time with the monks and their helpers, who were as curious about me as I was about them. And of course, the location is unparalleled in beauty. I come from the US, where I love the Rocky Mountains, but the landscape of Tibet has a magic you cannot find anywhere else.

Very nice hostel/homestay - you won’t find a quality private room for cheaper in Xining and accepts foreigners without difficulty. Facilities are clean and functional and is well located near to the train station with many restaurants around. I can definitely recommend 🙂.

Walking Road Book Courtyard is a very nice place to stay, it feel to stay at home and not in an hotel and it's very close to the wonderful Longwu Temple.

The location is easy to find, very close to Chaka Salt Lake and the highway exit. The boss is very enthusiastic, busy all by himself. Seeing that we have altitude sickness, he gave us oxygen. Before leaving, he also gave us a bag of salt. The two-story cabin is more suitable for family travel. There is a Sichuan restaurant on the road in front. The taste is particularly good, suitable for Hunan people's taste, you can go and try it. Chaka is still beautiful in early September~
