The hotel is located kind of tucked in a corner between a restaurant a store. It’s about a 15 to 20 min walk to the entrance of Juizhaigou. Beside the hotel is a bunch of food options and further down and on the way to Juizhaigou there are plenty of milk tea and coffee options. The room was super clean and nice. The window for my room looked out to the building next to it so I just kept the curtain closed. It’s a “smart” room hotel, so they have an Alexa-ish thing called Xiao Du that you can ask it to do things. They also have an in room oxygen supply but I believed you need to request it to be turned on which I never did. I like the Xiao Mi instant hot water dispenser that was provided as you could just stick a water bottle with the special cap on to it and have hot water. No need to worried how dirty a regular kettle can get.

This hotel truly exceeded my expectations! From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff was incredibly warm and welcoming. Check-in was super efficient, and they even kindly upgraded my room. The room itself was spacious and bright, with soft, clean bedding and a selection of pillows at different heights – once I lay down, I didn't want to get up! The bathroom facilities were brand new, hot water came quickly, and the toiletries smelled lovely. The location was also very convenient; there's a subway station and a convenience store right downstairs, and it was only about a fifteen-minute taxi ride to major attractions. Breakfast offered a wide variety, with both Chinese and Western options, and the freshly made rice noodles were especially delicious. Upon check-out, they even gave me a small souvenir, which was a thoughtful touch. Overall, the experience was incredibly comfortable. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit and will recommend it to my friends!

This was a truly secure stay! The most impressive aspect was the hotel's shuttle service. They picked us up for check-in, took us to the attractions, and then brought us back to the hotel afterwards. When I felt unwell due to altitude sickness, they immediately arranged a transfer to the town hospital. Of course, all of this wouldn't have been possible without the excellent coordination of the butlers. I'm incredibly grateful to all the hotel staff. Despite their young faces and perhaps less 'seasoned' approach, they were still meticulous and accommodating, and their genuine sincerity was palpable. I've included a few photos of the hotel. The bathroom had excellent wet/dry separation, with no watermarks or limescale on the countertops or mirrors, and the fixtures were sparkling clean. The overall hygiene standard far exceeded other hotels in the same price range, making my stay feel incredibly safe and comfortable. Room facilities were comprehensive, new, and functioned perfectly. The overall space was spacious, bright, and well-laid out. The mattress and pillows had just the right firmness, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a very peaceful night's sleep. Hot water was available consistently all day, with stable temperature and strong pressure, making for a great shower experience. The Wi-Fi was fast and stable, perfect for streaming movies, working, or browsing videos. The lighting was just right, creating a warm and inviting ambiance. Check-in was quick and efficient, with thorough explanations. The service throughout my stay was proactive, attentive, and never felt cold or dismissive. Overall, this is a top-notch hotel with beautiful surroundings, rigorous hygiene, excellent facilities, and warm service, offering incredible value for money. There were no hidden costs, and the experience was truly fulfilling. It's the best hotel I've stayed in recently. Next time I'm in the area, I'll definitely choose this one first, and I sincerely recommend it to all my traveling friends!

Totally regretting for booking only 1 night in this fabulous accommodation. Quiet neighborhood except the guests next to my room decided to talk about their life stories in the outdoor balcony until wee hours which is really inconsiderate. The receptionists and staffs are really friendly and helpful during my stay making this extremely memorable. One time disposable towels and slippers are my favorite amenities in this accommodation!

The hotel is not far from Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area, and there's a bus stop nearby, which is very convenient. The hotel environment is elegant, and there are many dining options nearby. The front desk staff was very nice; on the day we arrived, we were experiencing some altitude sickness after coming down from Huanglong, and she explained many precautions to us. The hot spring is on the fourth floor, and the hotel will notify you via WeChat when it's ready.

The hotel is really close to the scenic area's entrance, which is super convenient. They let us store our luggage, and even after checking out, we could still relax in the lobby and have some tea, which was a nice touch. Breakfast was good. My only minor complaint is that the room felt a bit small, making the air feel a little stuffy. Other than that, everything else was fine.

The experience of staying at Arukamba Danba Jiaju Manor far exceeded expectations. It was the most pleasant choice for my trip to Danba, and it also gave me a brand new feeling for the Tibetan-style accommodation experience. The hotel's supporting facilities are very intimate and comprehensive. Passengers who come by car do not need to worry about parking and energy replenishment. There is an exclusive parking lot at the door, and it is also intimately equipped with charging piles, which is fully humanized in the details. The environment of the hotel itself is impeccable. Tibetan architecture is integrated with the surrounding Jiaju Tibetan Village scenery. It is quiet and elegant and has regional characteristics. You can feel the strong Tibetan Village style during walking. What surprised me most was the viewing experience here: the Lianfeng Mountain View Room with a wide view, you can see the sacred Meldo Mountain in the room, and you can overlook the other two snowy mountains. First off, the location is great, not far from the metro station (Line 1 connects to Line 2 with one transfer, making it convenient to get to Xipu). It's right next to the Sichuan Opera House, on a high floor, with an apartment-style setup. The manager, a young lady, provided excellent service; when we had to leave early, she arranged for the cleaning staff to help store our luggage in the room. The bed and bathroom aren't the newest, and a couple of times late at night, there was some noise, possibly a hum from the ventilation system, but thankfully it was only brief. Overall, the value for money is still satisfying. When traveling with kids, safety and convenience are top priorities, and this place delivered on both.

Came here for my honeymoon with my husband. The room was really spacious, especially the bathroom. Overall, it was quite clean, and they'd come by promptly every day for cleaning and changing linens. The location is excellent; it's right by Fengxiao, and there's a bus and subway station just a few hundred meters downstairs. We stayed here for all four days of our trip in Chengdu. It offers great value for money, highly recommend it!
