So suprise that the hotel owner and staff speak english well. They helped me to book bus to Siguniang, even I think that’s quite complicate with foreigner who can’t read like me but it’s so cute and helpful from them. Even I changed the plan because bad weather, just stay one night and back to Chengdu the day after but really happy with this hotel

The hotel is very new and modernly equipped. It even has voice activated AC, music, alarm clock, etc. But you have to speak Chinese to Xiao Ai Tongxue (the voice activated device's name, like Siri in iPhone). I would say Yushe Yunshan is a 4* or 4,5* hotel at most. However, the hotel does offer pick up/delivery from/to the bus station and from/to Jiuzhai scenic areas. The front desk staffs and drivers were all very friendly and helpful, although they don't speak English. But of course we can use Google translate to communicate with them.

Location is convenient and room is pretty clean and new. However, we were misled by the hotel name, the hot spring is not real hot spring, it’s just jacuzzi…although they change water every time, the tub is still dirty, my back is full of sands afterwards…..and the water is not hot enough. Service is not adequate and professional enough.

Great service from the staff, always available to answer any question, very creative to offer the most interesting solutions:) location worked really well for us as well, we were happy to find what seemed to be the only western food option right underneath the home stay. Being a family with one very curious and little child we would prefer slightly better attention to hygiene and an availability of washing and drying machine. So if the business goes well (which we wish to the owner) may be that could be a room for improvement! Thanks for a good stay! Cheers

I would give this place 100 stars if I could. Besides the absolute beauty of the hotel location and the excellent amenities, what blew our minds was the service. In Chinese, they call it “服务至上” and I have never experienced it so profoundly except here even compared to the exorbitant hotels I have stayed elsewhere in the world. Some examples include: the chauffeur is always happy and ready to send us to anywhere within the Changpinggou area. When we had to go outside of the area such as back to Chengdu, they very patiently helped us to contact drivers and arrange for our rides. The bidet in my friends’ room was not working well, and they sent mechanics to fix the issue even though it was at night. My partner left his glasses in a bar in the town, and the hotel sent the chauffeur to retrieve it back to the hotel for us. The hotel also offers free photoshoot in traditional costume, and the staff was so patiently helping to send us the photos when we realised we could not access the Baidu cloud system because we are foreigners. All these were above and beyond anything we expected to receive at most hotels, much less a boutique hotel in a relatively remote area. Communication via Wechat was top notch, from the day before we arrived to after we have checked out - this is especially important for us foreigners who are not familiar with navigating China’s systems. Food and drinks were excellent as well, we ordered the chicken hotpot and other dishes on our first day, such a fantastic meal especially in the cold. The hotel also replenished our complimentary snacks and beverages every day. We only wished that we could have stayed longer here. 永远难忘这里的热情和友善，超级感恩，期待下次有机会能回到四姑娘山再住这里！扎西德勒🙏

The location is a topnotch. Many marts underneath the apartment. there is a metro nearby in a walkable distance. It also not far from chunxi road. The room is not that large but has every amenities you would need. there is a security guard before you can enter into the apartment. The host is very active and easily to contact via WeChat. The communication here is purely chinese but you surely can survived with the translator application.

The location is good, more than 300 meters away from the Moon Bay parking lot and a few kilometers from Jiuzhaigou. The room I booked has a terrace, which is also good, with a wide view. The beef hot pot restaurant downstairs is also good. Three people checked in, and the owner took the initiative to give us a set of toiletries and slippers. It was raining outside. I was out for half an hour, and the owner even lent me an umbrella

Very Good, the room is very very big, and comfortable. We didn't expect it because the hotel is in a rural area, but wow it's very nice. The room also has a heater and a bed heater. They don't have an elevator but they will help you carry your luggage. The breakfast menu is limited but everything is produced from their farm. You can also ask for a cup of tea to overcome altitude sickness. You can also have grill bbq at your room balcony.

The hotel is very close to the scenic area through bus pick-up and drop-off point, which is a five-minute walk away. There are many restaurants around the hotel, and there is a restaurant on the first floor of the hotel, which is very convenient. There is also a coffee machine. The hotel room is relatively large, as shown in the pictures shown by Ctrip, I won’t take pictures separately, and the public area is also very beautiful. At night, unless someone is talking loudly in the corridor, it is still very quiet. After visiting Jiuzhaigou, you can walk back to the hotel for more than ten minutes and have a good rest. I am very satisfied with the trip and recommend friends to stay here. In particular, the bath water is very hot and sufficient, and you can take a bath freely!

It's located near Jiuzhaigou. There is a sock smell in the room. The toilet floor is always wet and slippery. The rubbish bin is full. There is a crystal clear river running beside the room. At night, it is cold and windy.

The hotel is conveniently located in the town, a few kilometers away from the Siguniang Mountain Scenic Area, and is quiet in the bustling city. On the day of arrival, there was **** in one of the public toilets and urine was sprayed everywhere. It was said that a guest was drunk that night. There are two mugs, and they gave us 4 bottles of water every day. There are disposable toothbrushes, toothpaste, shampoo, and body wash. They clean the room every day and give us towels every day~ But the bathroom drain is really, really bad. The sink drains well, but it takes 20 minutes to flush the water after showering... I think that part needs to be improved. The sofa smelled bad, but the bedding was clean and well-made! There is a motion-sensing light on the stairs, so it automatically turns on when you go to the bathroom at night. Oh, there is no separate dressing table, so if you are a woman, be sure to bring a mirror. Otherwise, you will have to stand in the bathroom the whole time, which is inconvenient. Had a very nice stay in Buddhazen Hotel. I am from Singapore and the deisgn of this hotel definitely hits the right spot if you are looking for something that is traditional and oriental. My wife had a great time taking photos everywhere due to the beautiful architecture. One more plus point for this hotel is that it is very near to all sorts of amenities and is really convenient to have a bustling night market and shops located right underneath. Highly recommended.

This is by far the best apartment we've stayed in China. The place looks exactly as in the pictures, very pretty, comfortable, and has everything you need for your stay. The service is great, they replied very promptly. We asked not to have the daily cleaning as we prefer our privacy and they were very kind to comply and offer to give us water and disposable items in advance for all the length of our stay which was perfect for us. The location is very good, right next to a metro station. I'll definitely stay here again when I'm back in Chengdu.
