For your information, I will forward the owner's message below. -------------------- We invite you to familiarize yourself with the rules of living in our apartment. If you follow them, we are sure your stay with us will be as comfortable as possible. 1) Check-in time is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. 2) Check-out is by 11:00 AM. 3) There is a EUR 15 surcharge for check-in between 8:00 PM and midnight, and a EUR 30 surcharge for arrival between midnight and 3:00 AM. The late check-in fee must be paid in cash. Check-in after 3:00 AM is not possible because we do not have 24-hour service. If you arrive this late, we will be able to accommodate you the following morning from 10:00 AM. Late check-in must be notified in advance. If you do not notify us in advance, we will be entitled to accommodate you the following day. Guests, please respect each other and each other's time. 4) Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a fine of 50 euros. 5) We take neighborly relations very seriously, so any noise that may disturb them is prohibited, especially after 10:00 p.m. 6) Parties (drinks) are strictly prohibited inside the apartment. 7) Guests who are not included in the reservation are not permitted to stay overnight. 8) A separate shelf in the refrigerator is designated for your room; in front of it, there is a number corresponding to your room number. 9) At the end of the stay, the tenant agrees to leave the kitchen utensils (plates, glasses, pans, cutlery) clean. 10) When leaving the apartment, always make sure the lights are off and the doors and windows are closed. Additional Services: - Cleaning during your stay: 10 euros per day (optional). - Laundry service: 15 euros per wash (includes washing and drying). - Luggage storage, only on the day of departure, for 10 euros before 6:00 pm, then 5 euros per hour, but no later than 8:00 pm, upon request. - Crib: 10 euros per day, subject to availability. - In air-conditioned rooms, use of the air conditioning is an additional service and costs 10 euros per day.

Excellent séjour, Le personnel est extrêmement bienveillant, aimable et toujours prêt à aider. Leur professionnalisme a rendu notre séjour très agréable. L'hôtel est très confortable, propre et idéalement situé, à proximité de toutes les principales attractions et des transports. Je le recommande sans hésitation et j'y reviendrai avec plaisir

This is our 1st time having such a bad experience stay. We were asked via WhatsApp to provide our personal passport info and to pay hotel tax via a payment link in the WhatsApp, it was received well in advance before our check-in. We found this way is very unusual, and due to uncertainty whether the message was from the property , we declined to pay the tax upfront. Then the so-called property staff claimed we disrespect them. I found absurd as we have fully paid our accommodation and told them will fully pay the tax upon check-in, of which it was a small amount as compared to the total 3 nights stay rate. After checked in, we found only one toilet roll is given without any tissue. So we requested for an extra, and becoz the weather was warm, we asked for a thin bedsheet instead of a given duvet. The property staff said need to charge us £50 simply for a thin pc of bedsheet!! We found this is ridiculous and giving us an extra toilet roll, they were unhappy. What is the cost of a toilet roll as compared to the high rate stay of this property as compared to nearby accommodation? They gave us an under expectation unit, with no view (see photo) , which is so much difference from the advertised photo. They objected to change room for us even though we told them the safe deposit box is spoilt on the day after checking in. Goodness was that they wanted us to clear the trash bins to bring it to ground floor on our last day ! I havn’t encountered this at all even in dome AirBnB units. We asked for Trash bags as their bin has not bag, the property staff said they provide no trash bags! So how are we supposed to help them to clear the trash if no bags provided? U expect us to buy trash bag and help them to clean? Totally ridiculous! HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED as the unit is small , odd room layout

The property was clean and situated in an excellent location. The staff members were very kind, and the check-out process was impressively fast. My single room did not include TV or a fridge, so it is a bit basic but functional. The building's common areas and the room's interior are showing their age and could use an update. The building relies on a single, small elevator shared with other floors, which can be a bit of a bottleneck. Overall, the stay offered good quality and value for the price.

First of all, the location is not bad. However, since the personal locker is very small, it is not easy to store the bag completely. And on top of all that, whatever bag your clothes were stolen, you couldn't find it. Of course, the host worked hard to help, but...

My girlfriend and I pretty much enjoyed staying at this accommodation since it has almost everything you need for a good stay! It has a relatively good location with easy access to the metro and is not too far from the center of Barcelona. It's also surrounded by good and very affordable cafés and restaurants. One thing we wished for during our stay is that there was no kettle, so we couldn't make our own tea/coffee or just hot water. And I didn't understand if there was supposed to be everyday cleaning, because we stayed there for 3 nights and had none during the whole stay.

The hotel's location is quite good, and it doesn't take long to get to some popular attractions. When checking out, if you need to store your luggage, you'll need to prepare 1 euro to use the lockers.

This is a very nice experience. The room has single bathroom, but I know it is not all rooms have single bathroom. I don’t have communication problems with the reception. This hotel is near the metro. Low price with high quality!

The location of the room for us was very poor, the adjacent street was particularly noisy, and the room next to us was renovated on time at 8 am every morning. Fortunately, we changed our room later. Sound insulation is not as good as expected, and I hear the sound of um ah ah every day. But the couple hotel can understand.

We booked a quad room, and the environment was fantastic. The external bathroom was also very clean and convenient. The room itself was tidy, beautiful, and comfortable, featuring one double bed and two single beds. The room was spacious with high ceilings, making it feel very grand and comfortable. We were immediately impressed by the two floor-to-ceiling balcony doors – they added a wonderful touch. Opening the doors revealed a truly lovely balcony with a beautiful view. The surrounding area has excellent public transport links, and we could walk to Casa Batlló and Casa Milà in just a few minutes. It’s very close and convenient to many nearby attractions. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, and we could store our luggage for free, which was very kind of them.
