Alles war schön und gemütlich. Nur es hat mir nicht gefallen, dass ich beim Check Out den Müll selber wegschmeißen musste und das Geschirr selber waschen musste. Für so einen Preis erwartet man sowas nicht. Naja egal trotzdem war es schön.

Bad management during check in.
I book an Apartment for 2 nights for this stay but I got the room for 1 night each. Staff told me I have to change room tomorrow and check out at 12PM.
So that mean first night I stay and tomorrow check out 12PM and wait for a new room. Also, the apartment is very far from reception. Luckily, I have a car. Imagine if I don't have a car, I have to carry big luggage from the apartment to reception to check out and wait for new room later and move my luggage to new room again, how was it?
Moreover, when I check out at 12PM staff told me the room will ready for check in around 2 hours. Then came back to check in again for second at 3PM another staff told me the room is not ready yet and policy for the Apartment check in time is 6PM. ***!!! I said I need the room now because this is unacceptable. Then staff told me the room is ready and give me the key card.
So, for this situation I waste the time for half day to pack my luggage, move a lot of luggage to my car with a lot of snow, check out, go to reception for check out, wait the new room, wait, wait, wait, and come back to check in and got very bad answer that she told the room is not ready, and go to check in again, move my luggage to new apartment with a lot of snow, and take a rest. VERY BAD!!!!!

Apartment is located close to the city center, about ten minutes' walk. Before check-in, you will be sent an SMS and email with a password about your check-in at about 3 pm. The overall facilities are complete, including a frying pan, cups, dishes, knives and forks, a vacuum cleaner and an electric iron. Definitely the first choice for long term stay

The hotel's surroundings are okay. It's about a 20-minute walk to the city center, and only about a 6-8 minute walk to the train station. The nearest supermarket is also about an 8-minute walk away, making it very convenient.

Located in the heart of Rovaniemi, it's conveniently situated near two shopping malls and about a 20-minute drive from the airport and Santa Claus Village.
The room was clean and tidy. The only downside was the lack of heating. Check-in information was sent promptly at 3 PM. There's no front desk, so luggage storage isn't available. Overall, though, I'd still recommend it.

QQiqiReally live in the Arctic Circle fairy tale. The panoramic glass view is beautiful, the environment is quiet and private, the outdoor jacuzzi in winter is especially extra points, and there is a sauna in the room. It is a very unforgettable polar accommodation experience!

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is not close to the city center, but there are shuttle buses to Santa Claus Village and the city center every day. The environment is beautiful and the breakfast is rich. However, the most unsatisfactory thing is that there is no wifi in the room during the stay, and there is no wifi in the hotel lobby restaurant.

XXiaofengRight next to the bus stop, there is no need to find a place after arriving, the lady boss will go out to greet him personally, and the store is very enthusiastic! You can see the aurora basically when you leave the room (if you are lucky), there is also a bonfire waiting for the aurora. The bonfire is on the river bank, there is no light pollution. There are also projects such as skiing, snowmobiling, husky sledding, but it’s a little more expensive than the Sarika’s. The breakfast is 10 euros for one person, a typical European breakfast, the portion is sufficient and the taste is not bad. The apartment where the four of us live is also a small wooden house. The sanitary conditions are very good, and the room is quiet and suitable for posing. All in all, I highly recommend staying here for two or three days. The chalet here is not worse than the glass house in Sarika!

GGuest UserThe original room was in the attic. Even if there was no elevator, this room had an unspeakable strange and unpleasant ”home smell”. It was the smell of human sweat or dog urine, or the smell of cooking oil filled with the owner's cooking downstairs. The mattress was worn out and the bedside wallpaper was yellowed. The sheets are stained and there are obviously sticky hairs. Is the price of this place in Finland in the early 1000s too high, or the accommodation conditions are too bad? Later, after complaints Trip.com , the merchant changed another separate room for me for free. The accommodation conditions here are a lot. It can be said that the merchant's service attitude is good, but it is recommended that you choose to book the original room carefully. After all, you have experienced these complaints during the trip. , Dispute, Re-packing is a very annoying thing.
