From the garden outside to the inside of the castle: everything is very beautiful! I was charmed by the traditional interior decoration of the castle and the rooms, which are also spacious and comfortable. Breakfast is wonderful, with classical music and a beautiful view of the backyard. The hosts are the best: very friendly and willing to help, they gave us tips on tours and places to visit in surroundings and there are many things to do there such as walking or cycling trails, horse riding, local wine tasting , walks through the woods and wineries, castles, restaurants, the zoopark Beauval. They also offer free wifi, an outdoor pool, music room (with piano) and games room. A great place to rest and learn about history. The hosting price is fair since the service is excellent. We had such a great time while staying there. Magical place, it feels like a fairy tale.

Good location but bad quality renovation and awfully empty room. Courtyard is beautiful but never met the owner in person. Very noisy room towards the main street, can't close window or else too hot. Didn't feel safe, door was cardboard thin.

We had booked a room in the context of a walk on the GR654. The accommodation is well located, not requiring diversion pa from the GR. The room is spacious and clean. Beautiful bathroom. The owner had rented all the other rooms (5 or 6?) to a group who, legitimately, cooked and dinned on site and discussed noisy until 2.30 p.m. We did not close the eye before this moment, given the level of decibels. OK place to occupy in group but to avoid if you travel in solo/pair.
