Les Halles
I chose this location online, and it was right. The location is excellent, restaurants, supermarkets, and transportation are very convenient, and there are many attractions nearby, which is suitable for self-guided tours. The landlord is warm and friendly, and responds promptly. Although the room is an old apar**ent, it is clean, tidy and sanitary. For a Paris hotel, the space is large and the price-performance ratio is relatively good (the bathroom is a little cramped). The washing machine does not dry, which is a pity for us who are used to it. In short, it is worth recommending, especially drinking a cup of coffee in front of the window and enjoying the sunshine in Paris, just like feeling at home.
Hotel Parisianer

We arrived from Sydney yesterday to a cold and wet Paris (13 degrees). The Hotel Parisianer was a welcome sight once through a very slow trip from CDG ( traffic !!) A very warm welcome from the man on reception ( I don’t know his name, but a real credit to the hotel). We were upgraded to a junior suite which includes a sofa in an alcove and breakfast. Room very clean/ bed comfortable +++/ very hot shower. Breakfast included hot options as well as continental- very tasty and abundant. I wish we were staying longer, but we’re off to Dijon this morning leaving from Gare de Lyon.

We booked direct with our host by telephone and Madam Delhumeau Nathalie was very efficient and helpful. On arrival we were met at the gate (which is a secure entrance with an impressive gate and intercom). our room was on the ground floor which was superb as I have mobility problems but the first floor has a full Kitchen, lounge and an outdoor patio with excellent vistas over the valley and river below. Even though the property is on a busy road the double glazed windows keep any noise at bay and it is very quiet at night for sleeping. For me, the most wonderful part of our visit was the incredible personal attention we received from our host and the evening meal in the impressive , historic dining hall was everything I could want with a huge Bavette steak cooked perfectly. We stayed at a variety of hotels and guesthouses on our tour of Normandy and I can honestly say this was my favourite.
L'Hôtel Particulier - Paris Asnières

One of the best experiences we have ever had staying in a hotel. The hosts were absolutely exceptional: always concerned with our comfort, helping us with travel plans, and giving us their personal recommendations. Very personalized care and attention. The breakfasts were amazing: fresh squeezed orange juice, fresh baguette and croissants, jams, eggs and cheeses and more. Hotel was only a short train ride to downtown Paris. Hotel is also located in a town with fantastic restaurants. This hotel is a must stay when visiting Paris.

This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in Paris. The owner and staff are very friendly, making us feel at home, and they take special care of us! Highly recommended!
Hotel Bastille

Some confusion at check in due to language difficulties, but room proved adequate though like so many Paris hotels the room was on the small side. Good beds, very comfortable, but no English channels on the TV. Excellent shower but no hair dryer. Both bedroom and bathroom were very clean. Staff very friendly though with very limited English. Beware the lift, it is tiny, a tight fit for two people of average size. There is no breakfast room but there is a first rate patisserie just a few steps to the right. The location is superb with a metro station a minute's walk and more places to eat then you can shake a stick at. There is also a small supermarket opposite and a convenience store that stays open very late. Because of the proximity to the Opera Bastille, I will be staying there again before long.

Champs Elysées
The room is clean...the location is very good. It is next to the embassy so it is safer. There are not many street thieves that others say. But it is better to be careful when you go out. It is good to keep your passport in the room. There are more sights in the center of Paris. There are expensive and cheap food nearby. Domestic friends suggest to bring some instant noodles. Because the time difference is not used to get hungry. Parisians don’t drink boiled water, remember to bring a kettle downstairs, the bar has boiled water and you can drink it yourself. My English is not very good The beauty at the front desk took care of me and explained that I was not afraid of trouble. The bed was very comfortable. I like this big bed...I recommend this one.
Avenue de Général de Gaulle Guesthouse

The landlord Seghi lives in the loft apartment upstairs. He and his wife and two sons live upstairs and share the bathroom and toilet downstairs. They go upstairs to rest at 10 o'clock in the evening. During that time, the bathroom is equivalent to independent use. Note that the check-in and check-out time is from 19pm to 10am. There is a parking lot behind the apartment and you have to wait for other cars to leave. It is basically about 35-40 euros a day. You only need to pay some city tax after entering the door, which is about 4.2 euros. We are mainly looking for a place to park for one night around Paris to take a shower. If you are not used to B&Bs, book carefully. The landlord uses WhatsApp and his English is not good
