The hotel is located in the center of STOCKTON HEATH, and there are 3 supermarkets within 2mins. The landlord PAUL's breakfast was really made with heart and super delicious. The room is simple, the view outside the top window is first-class, and the overall price is very high.

A peaceful and highly satisfying stay We were extremely satisfied with our stay at Rylands Farmhouse. Although the property is located near the airport, we hardly heard any aircraft noise. The farm setting was pleasant, peaceful and quiet. Having a parking space close to our room was particularly important and convenient for us. The breakfast was also very nice and added to the overall experience. It was a comfortable and relaxing stay, and we would happily return.

Stayed during moving house, very cute and charming guesthouse, a proper oldschool guesthouse, would love to stay during winter as it's so cozy, unfortunately was there during heatwave. But enough fans provided and a lovely garden. Good breakfast buffet and friendly staff. Lovely lounge area, decorated for entertainment and eclectic unique pieces and pictures.

Thank you for an excellent stay. We deeply appreciate how welcoming and helpful the staff were especially as our stay was unexpectedly eventful. Your kindness and patience given with coffee and toast made a tough time bearable. We will return to experience this lovely place again

Excellent clean and warm room. Key collection was smooth and hassle free. Clear instructions and guides in the room for the local area and places to eat. Breakfast was excellent; great hosts. I would recommend.

Friendly staff and cosy room, good location. The only downside is the wifi is not stable.
