The hotel owner is very friendly, the location is ideal, you can reach the beach or the city center within ten minutes walk, free parking, but you can also take free shots outside the hotel, breakfast is also good, hot food is made after the order, oatmeal juice milk and other self-service.

A lift available to all floors, room was nice and clean, en-suite was also clean and tidy with underfloor heating, which was a nice surprise., reception area was nice and tidy too, shown how to use the front door as it gets locked in the evening. Chose to eat breakfast at the hotel, full breakfast from £8.50p with a vegetarian option, no evening meals available but other hotels near by and some pubs serve food. Saturday morning I went around the Great Orme it really does have fantastic views, benches are dotted around so you can sit and take in the views.

Great location, only minutes of walk to the train station and the beautiful beach (kids could literally spend a whole day there), nice food and great staff!
Peter was very so kind, helping to solve our problem which was our fault in the first place. Our triple room was not new but spacious and very clean, just feels like home.
Strongly recommended!

I initially thought the countless reviews mentioning Nathan were AI generated, but meeting him in person proved otherwise! The hotel’s interiors and stunning sea view made it an easy choice after a long search for a cozy place to stay. Nathan is genuinely one of the kindest and most hospitable people you could meet, he treats every guest like a friend and goes out of his way to make your stay special. He even recommends the best local restaurants, which was such a thoughtful touch. The hotel itself is wonderful, but having Nathan there truly made our stay unforgettable. I would definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable place with top notch service. Thank you, Nathan!

The hotel is conveniently located, the environment is quiet and comfortable, suitable for relaxation. The room was clean and tidy, and the service staff was friendly and welcoming. I especially like the breakfast here. The variety is rich. The British hot meal is now made. The sausages, bacon and scrambled eggs are delicious and I look forward to it every morning. The overall experience is very satisfactory, recommended!

CChristineWhat a treasure! Firstly the host was lovely and had some wonderful information about the house and surrounding restaurants and activities. The location is stunning! Comfy bed and pillows, spotlessly clean bathroom and room, breakfast was delicious and the best we have had in 6 weeks of travel. It's made to order so freshly cooked and there are plenty of options also there's fruit, juice, yoghurt and cereals. We walked to a fabulous restaurant only 100m away. Quiet at night for a perfect uninterupted sleep! Thankyou Sean and Marianne for a wonderful stay!

KKang_JCThe stay was fantastic! The hosts are hospitable and considerate. The location is good, only 10 minutes' walk from the conwy train station, also not far from tourist attractions. There is a free car park behind the building. The room is clean and well-equipped, and very warm during winter. The bed is very cozy as well. The breakfast was amazing and the recommended restaurants were also delicious. Highly recommended!(A pleasant view taken in front of the house attached)

Place was clean and the hosts were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was nice. The location is great just off the beach front and pier.
Negatives
We were on the 3rd floor which is tiring to keep walking up.
The shower is small which is harder for taller people like me. They served out of date yoghurts I guess they didn't check the dates.

Restaurants, supermarkets, attractions, and the train station are all within walking distance, and parking is easy. The breakfast is excellent. Jo and her colleagues are very warm and attentive. We will definitely come again next time.

GGuest UserWe arrived early and the hotel allowed us to park in the hotel parking lot. The room was clean, the bathroom was spacious, and it also had a balcony. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. Overall, we had a great holiday there. If we have the opportunity, we will definitely go back and stay there again.
