Very good location, about 10 minutes walk from the center of the city. The room was clean and there was enough temperature if the hot water and the amount of water were squeezed. I was grateful for the tea and coffee service.

Warm cozy place. Furnitures a little outdated. Breakfast was good. Nice view from the balcony. Big bathroom. The location was not the best but it’s still within walking distance to the city center.

Convenient location near chicken bus station, supermarket, money exchange (bank) and centre of old town. Water for shower was not warm enough for cooler days. Dormitory beds with curtain for a little bit of privacy. Kitchen is well equipped but rather small. Overall a good choice in the old town.

Friendly and welcoming hosts and a comfortable common area. I felt safe staying here too. For the breakfast I would recommend that the breakfast fruit is covered something more airtight so the fruit flies don’t land on the fruit. The dog was clean and friendly.

A beautiful spot but far enough away from most things that my friends wouldn’t let me walk alone there at night.

If you care about the room in the basement, please confirm with the hotel first, because there are many rooms in different locations. I just lived in the basement, the toilet lid was broken, and the flushing was also a problem, but WhatsApp accommodation handled it very quickly. Thank you very much.

I've been to more than 50 countries overseas, and it's been a long time since such a great hostel was so friendly staff! And it's a very safe accommodation. The garden is so spacious and pretty. The room size is really mega size !!! The TV seems to be about 70 inches. Fully equipped with air conditioning, bathroom and bathtub. Breakfast is charged, but the overall size, interior and room condition of the hotel are so good that breakfast is not a waste. Even breakfast is delicious 👍 I am particularly grateful to the female staff who spoke English well. I rushed to ask for a drop service at Guatemala Airport, but thank you for being so arrange to go to a luxury limo! Sanding fee is not expensive, so I am very satisfied! This hotel is a quiet, beautiful and perfect place to find faults. It takes about 20 minutes to walk from downtown, but it's quiet and it's rather good ^^
