No breakfast, the house inside the community, quiet, there are large shopping malls nearby I hope that Ctrip will not increase the price after a few times. This is the third one in Ctrip. The first two are starting to live at a lower price. After two or three times, the price will become higher.

Trip.com did not manage the booking with the propery directly, but with third party that own the unit I booked. So when I went to the receptionist to check-in, they could not find my booking. I have to wait for more than 1 hour to check-in, after I contacted the Customer Service of trip. com.
This was really a very bad experience with trip.com. Actually you should inform me about the check-in procedure to the property. And the contact number to the agent that own the unit I booked.
You have to notice that information is a very important thing for your customer..

Ttraveller momsNew apartment, new interior, new things inside, the facilities were completed (nice furniture and decoration), full of kitchen utilities (stove, refigerator, plates, knifes, spoon fork, etc), easy access, near to IKEA, JPO and mall Alam Sutera, lot of parking area (minus: paid parking one day max on 50k rupiah). Thanks to ms. Arie who always assist us when we stayed here). Keep the unit clean and neat, surely will come back soon..

AAnonymous UserBooked this hotel to attend a concert at ICE, walking distance to ICE but if you're alone its not safe to walk at night because there are no light poles along the road. Room is big enough for one/two person, bed was comfy. The air conditioning is not that cold. The only problem was toilet. It's a bit smelly and the sink tap in my room didn't function (water not coming out). Still it was a nice overnight stay.

SSimplemanThe atmosphere is very calm. Unexpectedly in a busy city, when you enter it feels like you are in a village. Suitable for relieving fatigue for a moment.
Unfortunately the room WIFI cannot be used, ended up watching Netflix using a hotspot. However, the staff were very helpful in trying to get the WIFI to work even though it still failed.
Overall the room is clean, the bathroom is clean, the hot water works for a while, the AC is cold, but the mattress is a bit hard and feels a little springy. Quite recommended for a short stay at an affordable price.
